BreakHub ("we") takes the personal data of our users seriously. This policy explains how we collect, use and disclose data under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (PDPA).

When you send the quote request form or the reseller form, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, LINE ID, email, company name, address or event location, event details and notes.

• Coordinating delivery and handover
• Improving our service and answering questions

We process data based on your consent when you submit the form, to act on your request before entering into a contract or to perform a contract, and to meet relevant legal obligations.

We keep data only as long as needed to provide our service and as required by law. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or make it unidentifiable.

We do not sell your personal data. We may use external providers, such as hosting and database providers, to store and process data on our behalf, limited to what is necessary. We may also disclose data when ordered to by an authority with legal power.

• Ask for your data to be deleted or destroyed
• Withdraw your consent at any time
• Object to or ask us to restrict the use of your data where the law provides

• Complain to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC)

7. Cookies and analytics

The website uses analytics tools such as Google Analytics to see overall usage, such as pages opened and contact buttons clicked. We do not send your name, phone number, email or address to these tools. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
