1. Prices and quotations

Prices shown on the website and budget calculator results are estimates. The final price and items are only those our team confirms in the quotation or order confirmation.

2. Minimum order

The minimum is 50 boxes per order (you can mix pastries, up to 20 pieces of each kind), and orders must be placed at least 2 days ahead.

3. Delivery fees

Displayed prices do not include delivery. Delivery is charged by actual distance, and our team will tell you the fee before you confirm your order.

4. Order confirmation and payment

Submitting a form on the website is a request for a quotation. It is not an order confirmation. An order takes effect when both sides agree on the details and the payment terms, such as a deposit, as agreed case by case.

5. Changes and cancellation

Changes to quantity, menu, date or time, and cancellations, follow the terms agreed in the quotation or order confirmation. Please tell our team as soon as possible.

6. Images and product items

Images on the website are illustrations. The actual product may differ slightly in arrangement or appearance. Items in a set are as confirmed with our team and may change depending on ingredient availability, in which case we will let you know.

7. Limitation of liability

We try to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee it is free of errors. Our liability is limited to the extent the law allows, and does not cover indirect damages or events beyond our control.
