Snack Box and Break Set Prices

If you are comparing snack box prices to propose a budget, this page lists all three BreakHub prices, shows what each step up buys, and gives the total for 50, 100 or 200 boxes (50 is the minimum per order). Purchasing teams usually want the numbers lined up before any detail, so we start with a table.

How much is a snack box per box for each package?

Our snack box prices run from 42 baht to 85 baht per box, and every price excludes delivery. The table shows the current 2026 prices.

PackagePrice per boxWhat is in the box50 boxes
Value Set42 baht1 classic pastry + 100 ml drinking water2,100 baht
Recommend Set70 baht2 premium pastries (no drink)3,500 baht
Best Seller Set85 baht2 premium pastries + 180 ml orange juice drink4,250 baht

The last column is the total for the 50-box minimum order, before delivery. Value Set pastries come from the classic menu of 10. If you would rather have a premium pastry, add 3 baht per box. Recommend Set and Best Seller Set choose from the premium menu of 19. You can mix pastries, up to 20 pieces of any one kind per order, and the team confirms the pastry list with you before anything is prepared.

What does a break cost per head for 50, 100 or 200 people?

Cost per head is the box price multiplied by the number of people. For 50 people and one break with Recommend Set at 70 baht, that is 3,500 baht. The table gives totals for a single break before delivery, starting at 50 boxes because that is the minimum. If your event is smaller, read how to combine orders in the guide on a break for 30 people.

Package (price per box)50 boxes100 boxes200 boxes
Value Set (42)2,1004,2008,400
Recommend Set (70)3,5007,00014,000
Best Seller Set (85)4,2508,50017,000

All figures are in baht. For a full-day event with a morning break and an afternoon break, double the figure yourself. For example, 50 people with two breaks on Value Set is 50 × 2 × 42 = 4,200 baht. To try other numbers, open the break budget calculator.

How do the snack box sets differ at each price step?

The difference between neighbouring packages is what you pay extra, and it is easier to decide once you know what that extra buys. This table compares the sets one step at a time.

Move fromToExtra per boxWhat you gain
Value Set (42)Value Set + premium pastry (45)3 bahtOne classic pastry swapped for a premium one
Value Set (42)Recommend Set (70)28 bahtTwo premium pastries, but no drinking water
Recommend Set (70)Best Seller Set (85)15 bahtOne 180 ml orange juice drink

The best value per extra baht is the move from Recommend Set to Best Seller Set, where 15 baht adds a juice drink, and the pastry upgrade inside Value Set at only 3 baht. The jump from 42 to 70 is 28 baht and gives you two premium pastries but takes the water away. Ask yourself whether the meeting room already has water. If it does not, you can add a drink to each box for ฿5 to 20.

Is a premium snack box worth it?

Premium is worth it when the box has to do more than fill a break: gifts for executives, visitors to your office, or events where people stay long and may skip a main meal. For a fifteen-minute break, two pastries often go unfinished and the extra money is wasted.

Try it with numbers. For 60 people, Best Seller Set at 85 baht comes to 5,100 baht, and Recommend Set at 70 baht comes to 4,200 baht. The difference for the whole event is 900 baht. Would 60 guests notice a cup of orange juice? If not, do not pay for it. A common compromise is to give a few executives Best Seller Set and everyone else Recommend Set or Value Set. You can mix them in one order as long as the total reaches 50 boxes.

What should you choose for a cheap snack box on a tight budget?

The cheapest set is Value Set at 42 baht, with one classic pastry and a 100 ml cup of drinking water. It suits internal meetings, short training sessions and events where you hand out a lot of boxes. If you want a premium pastry instead, add 3 baht to make 45 baht, which is still 25 baht below Recommend Set.

To save more without changing package, three things work.

  1. Count real attendees: do not order for the whole registration list, and add only a small margin for walk-ins.
  2. One break for a half-day event: two breaks often leave unfinished boxes.
  3. Mix packages: most people get the 42 baht box and a special group gets a higher one.

If you need to stay under 50 baht, continue with how to choose a snack box for 50 baht.

How is the net snack box price worked out, and which documents can you ask for?

The net amount you actually pay is the box total plus delivery. The team states both lines in the confirmation message, and payment is 100% before delivery day. The prices on the site are the per-box price of each set plus optional extra drinks.

Documents available on request are a quotation, an invoice and a receipt, confirmed with the team order by order. If your organisation needs a quotation before approval, ask on the quotation request page or read about the corporate quotation service.

Is there a 25 baht snack box, and what fits a 100 baht budget?

BreakHub has no 25 baht snack set. The cheapest is the Value Set at 42 baht. A budget of 100 baht per head covers all three sets, and the Best Seller Set at 85 baht leaves 15 baht per head to cover delivery.

For example, 50 Best Seller Sets come to 4,250 baht. If the whole budget is 100 x 50 = 5,000 baht, that leaves 750 baht for delivery, and the team quotes the real fee by distance before you confirm. If your budget is below 42 baht, we say plainly that no set exists at that price. With about 50 baht per head, choose the Value Set and keep the rest for delivery. For worked examples, see snack box on a 100 baht budget and breaks on a 35 baht budget.

Prices like 35, 49 or 59 baht from other suppliers are not on our list either. Our nearest prices are 42 at the low end and 70 in the middle, which are 28 baht apart, and the step up gives you two premium pastries but takes the water away. When you compare with another supplier, compare like with like: the number of pieces, whether water is included, and whether delivery is included. A cheap box with no drink, or a price that leaves out delivery, can end up costing more than a box that looked dearer at first.

What to know before ordering

The prices on this page hold when the order stays inside these conditions, so read them before you propose a budget.

  • 50 boxes minimum per order: a smaller event cannot order alone, so combine rounds or ask the team.
  • Delivery is extra: it is always charged, by real distance, and the team quotes it before you confirm.
  • 2 days ahead: rush options cover only a limited set of pastries and depend on the queue. See express orders.
  • Payment in full before delivery day: reducing the box count needs 48 hours notice, and after that the original count stands.
  • Each address is confirmed: we deliver to Bangkok and surrounding provinces, and other provinces are case by case.
  • No allergy guarantee: tell the team about any allergy when you order. We can look at the menu with you but cannot promise it is safe for every guest.

Break set prices exclude delivery: how to work out the total

Delivery is not part of the box price, so your total is all the boxes plus a delivery fee based on real distance. For example, 50 people with two breaks on Value Set is 50 × 2 × 42 = 4,200 baht, and then you add the delivery fee the team quotes. If the morning and afternoon breaks are delivered at different times, ask whether that counts as one trip or two.

The reason for charging delivery separately is explained in the article on separate delivery fees, and how the team looks at distance is covered in the snack box delivery fee guide. We deliver in Bangkok and surrounding provinces, and the team confirms against your address. Order at least 2 days ahead.

Summary

BreakHub snack boxes come in three prices only: 42, 70 and 85 baht per box, with a 50-box minimum, so the smallest order starts at 2,100 baht for the Value Set before delivery. Choose by what the box has to do: a light set for internal meetings, a premium set for guests or executives, and mix sets in one order if needed. Delivery is charged separately by distance and quoted before you confirm.

If you know your box count, send the details through the quote request form or use the LINE order button on the set page you chose.

Frequently asked questions

How much is a BreakHub snack box per box?

There are three sets: Value Set at 42 baht, Recommend Set at 70 baht and Best Seller Set at 85 baht per box. The minimum order is 50 boxes, and prices do not include delivery, which is charged by real distance and quoted by the team before you confirm the order.

What is the cheapest snack box?

Value Set at 42 baht, with 1 classic pastry and a 100 ml cup of drinking water. If you want a premium pastry instead, add 3 baht per box. There is no package below 42 baht, so we have no 25 baht or 35 baht snack set.

What documents can I ask for when ordering a snack box?

You can request a quotation through the form. An invoice and a receipt are available on request as well, but each has to be confirmed with the team for the specific order. Message the team or send the quote form before deciding if your organisation needs a particular document.

Do the break set prices include delivery?

No. Delivery is charged by real distance and the team tells you the amount when confirming the order. The final total is all the boxes plus the delivery fee. If morning and afternoon breaks go out at different times, ask whether that counts as one trip or two.

Can I mix packages at different prices in one order?

Yes. For example, general attendees on Recommend Set and speakers on Best Seller Set. Tell the team how many kinds you want and how many boxes of each when you order. The 50-box minimum is counted across all of them together for the whole order.

Which package fits a budget of 60 baht per head?

Choose Value Set at 42 baht, or upgrade the pastry to premium at 45 baht, since Recommend Set at 70 baht is 10 baht over budget per head. If you can stretch a little and people stay a while, Recommend Set gives two premium pastries but no drink.

Does a 100 baht per head budget cover the Best Seller Set?

Yes. The Best Seller Set is 85 baht per box, which leaves 15 baht per head for delivery. For 50 boxes that is 4,250 baht out of a 5,000 baht budget, leaving 750 baht. The real delivery fee depends on distance, and the team quotes it before you confirm.

How many days ahead do I need to order?

At least 2 days. For anything more urgent there are rush options: order before 10:00 for delivery at 17:00 the same day, or receive within 4 hours of confirmation. They cover a limited menu and depend on the queue, so message the team first to check.
