Corporate break catering with snack boxes
IllustrationYour company has a 60-person meeting on Friday, and the admin team needs a corporate snack box in Bangkok that arrives at the office on time. This page covers what office admins and purchasing teams usually need to know before ordering: sets and prices, the minimum, lead time, how to request a quotation, and the question of logos on the box.
BreakHub bakes every order fresh and delivers snack boxes under its own brand. You can order through LINE or the online form. Most corporate jobs want the same thing: everyone gets an identical portion, handing it out is quick, and nobody has to stand at a table plating food during the meeting. An individual box does that most directly.
What snack box sets can a company order, and at what price?
BreakHub has 3 sets, at ฿42, ฿70 and ฿85 per box. The cheapest is the Value Set. The only set with two pastries and a drink together is the Best Seller Set. Prices exclude delivery.
| Set | Price per box | In the box | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Value Set | ฿42 | 1 classic pastry, 100 ml cup of drinking water | Short meetings, tight budgets |
| Recommend Set | ฿70 | 2 premium pastries (no drink) | Events that already have drinks |
| Best Seller Set | ฿85 | 2 premium pastries, 180 ml orange juice drink | Seminars, training, client hosting |
The Value Set picks from a classic menu of 10, such as Plain Croissant, Pandan Custard Bun and Chicken Floss Chili Bun. The other two sets pick from a premium menu of 19, including Double Chocolate Croissant, Ham and Cheese Bun and Egg Tart. One order can mix pastries, up to 20 pieces of any one kind. Each pastry is packed in its own clear sachet and every box includes tissue. The team confirms the menu with you before anything is prepared.

How does a company order snack boxes?
A company orders in 4 steps, and most of it can be settled in a single chat.
- Choose a set. Pick the set you like, or give a budget per head and let the team suggest the closest one.
- Send the event details. Give the box count, delivery date and time, location and type of event, by LINE or the quotation form.
- Wait for confirmation. The team confirms the menu, the delivery fee based on actual distance, and the total.
- Pay. Pay 100% before the delivery day, and we prepare the order as agreed.
The LINE order button on a set page copies your order summary, so you do not retype everything. If one event needs several sets, for example one for executives and another for staff, say so when ordering. Different sets can sit in the same order. If this is your first time and you want to know what to prepare, see what to send when requesting a quotation.
What is the minimum order and how far ahead should we order?
The minimum is 50 boxes per order, and orders need at least 2 days of notice so there is time to confirm the menu and schedule the baking. Reducing the box count needs 48 hours of notice. After that, the original count stands and is what you pay for.
Companies usually get stuck on budget approval rather than on the snacks. If internal paperwork takes several days, request the quotation first and confirm the final headcount later. That way you are not rushing close to the event.
If your meeting has fewer than 50 people, we do not take orders below 50 boxes. What you can do is combine your order with another team or department that has an event around the same time, or message the team to ask whether anything else is possible.
When 2 days is too long, there are two rush options. "Same-day rush" means ordering before 10:00 for delivery at 17:00 the same day. "4-hour rush" means receiving the order within 4 hours of confirmation. Both work only for a limited set of pastries and depend on the day's queue. See express delivery for details. We do not promise a rush order until the team has replied.
How much should a company budget per break?
The budget is headcount times number of breaks times the set price, plus the delivery fee the team quotes afterwards. The figures below exclude delivery, which is quoted by distance.
| Situation | Calculation | Total before delivery |
|---|---|---|
| All-hands meeting, 50 people, 1 morning break, Value Set | 50 x 42 | ฿2,100 |
| Department meeting, 40 people, 2 breaks, Recommend Set (80 boxes) | 40 x 2 x 70 | ฿5,600 |
| Half-day seminar, 60 people, Best Seller Set | 60 x 85 | ฿5,100 |
| 3 teams, 55 people: 20 executives on Best Seller Set, 35 others on Recommend Set | 20 x 85 + 35 x 70 | ฿4,150 |
| Executives and staff, 100 people, 2 breaks, Value Set | 100 x 2 x 42 | ฿8,400 |
If your budget is about ฿50 per head, the Value Set at ฿42 fits and leaves room for the delivery fee. The Recommend Set at ฿70 goes over. The team can compare options with you when you ask. For more on budgeting around that figure, see the guide to a ฿50 snack box budget.

How do we get a quotation and the documents our company needs?
Companies request a quotation on the quotation page by giving the box count, delivery date and location. The team replies with the total and the delivery fee.
The documents we issue on request are a quotation, an invoice and a receipt. Mention them when you ask for the price, because some accounting teams need paperwork before releasing payment, and we take full payment before the delivery day. More detail is on the quotation page for companies.
Can a snack box carry our company logo?
No. BreakHub does not offer custom branding or stickers for customers on the box. Every order ships in a white box with the BreakHub logo. If you were searching for a snack box with a company logo or custom stickers, that is the answer.
If your event needs the company name to be visible, there are ways that leave the box alone. A sign at the table where boxes are handed out works, and so does a short announcement from whoever distributes them. If you have a specific idea, mention it when you request the quotation, but we do not promise anything outside what is described here.
Where do you deliver, and how is the delivery fee charged?
BreakHub delivers in Bangkok and the surrounding provinces, confirmed address by address. The delivery fee is not included in the box price. It is based on actual distance, and the team tells you before you confirm the order. Other provinces are handled case by case, and we do not promise them in advance.
Delivery time is worth settling clearly from the start. If your meeting begins at 09:00, ask for the boxes to arrive about half an hour earlier, to allow for security checks and for someone to meet the courier at the building entrance. If the building has a parcel point or needs a visitor card, put the receiver's name and a phone number in your order message. That small detail prevents most cases of boxes arriving with nobody there. See delivery in Bangkok for more.

Which company events suit snack boxes?
Snack boxes suit any company event where food is handed out per person: internal meetings, staff training, seminars and HR-run events. The difference between them is the number of breaks and the set chosen. Ordinary weekday occasions, such as a monthly meeting or a welcome session for new hires, use the same sets.
- Meeting breaks suit weekly meetings and client meetings, which often use the Value Set or Recommend Set for a single break.
- Seminar breaks suit events with several groups and several breaks, where you should give the time of each break when ordering.
- Snack boxes for HR and admin includes a checklist for organisers who juggle many tasks at once.
- Executive meetings usually take the premium sets with two pastries.
If you are unsure which set fits your headcount, open the guide to working out how many boxes first, then send the numbers to the team to confirm.
What information should we have ready before ordering?
These 7 items are enough for the team to quote in one round.
- The number of boxes, which must be at least 50
- The set you chose, or a budget per head
- The date and time you want the boxes
- The address and the name of the person receiving on site
- The type of event, such as meeting, training or seminar
- Any special requests, for example guests who avoid certain ingredients. Tell the team so they can see what the menu allows
- The documents your company needs, such as a quotation
Item 6 deserves a straight answer. We can steer the menu away from ingredients people avoid, but we do not guarantee that anything is allergen-free. If a guest has a severe allergy, treat that as a separate decision.
What to know before ordering
A few limits are worth knowing in advance so they do not surprise you close to the delivery date.
- Minimum of 50 boxes. We do not take smaller orders. If your headcount is lower, combine with another event or ask the team.
- Two days of notice. Rush orders work only for some pastries and depend on that day's queue, so not every day is possible.
- Address confirmation. We deliver in Bangkok and nearby provinces, but the team checks each address first and does not promise an exact arrival time.
- 48 hours to reduce. After that, you pay for the original count.
- No allergen guarantee. We help choose the menu within what is available, but that is not a guarantee.
