Meeting break catering with individual snack boxes
IllustrationThe meeting starts at 9 tomorrow, 60 people will be in the room, and someone has asked you to sort out the meeting break. Office admins end up here all the time. The simplest answer is individual snack boxes: each attendee picks up one box and the meeting hardly pauses. This page helps you choose a set, work out how many boxes you need, and understand the limits before you order.
What is a meeting break, and what does BreakHub's coffee break catering include?
A meeting break is food and drink prepared for the pause in a meeting. People search for it in several ways, including meeting break catering, coffee break, break box and meeting snack set. Most of them mean the same thing: snacks and a drink that arrive at the room on time.
BreakHub does this in box form. One snack box per person holds freshly baked pastries, each in its own clear sachet, with tissue in the box, delivered to an office or meeting room in Bangkok and nearby provinces. What we list as our service is the boxed snacks and the drink that comes with each set. We have not announced a coffee counter or staff who serve at the table, so if your event needs that, ask the team before you plan around it. For the difference between a box and a coffee break table, read how snack boxes differ from a coffee break setup.
Whichever way you phrase it, the service is the same. If the meeting is spread over several rooms or floors, you can still put everything in one order as long as you give the headcount for each room.
Which snacks suit which meeting time?
Choose by when the meeting starts and how long it runs. Morning meetings do best with something easy to eat that does not sit heavy. Afternoon meetings need a drink and something with enough energy to get past the post-lunch slump.
| Time slot | Meeting length | Suggested set | Price per box |
|---|---|---|---|
| Morning, 09:00 | 1 to 2 hours | Value Set or Recommend Set | ฿42 or ฿70 |
| Late morning, 10:30 | Half day | Best Seller Set | ฿85 |
| Afternoon, 14:00 | 2 hours or more | Recommend Set or Best Seller Set | ฿70 or ฿85 |
| Short meeting, up to 1 hour | Limited budget | Value Set | ฿42 |
You choose the pastries from each set's menu. Value Set has a classic menu of 10 items, such as Plain Croissant, Fresh Butter Bun and Pandan Custard Bun. Recommend Set and Best Seller Set share a premium menu of 19 items, including Ham and Cheese Bun, Egg Tart and Chocolate Cookie Brownie. Pastries can be mixed in one order, up to 20 pieces of any single kind. The team confirms the menu with you before baking.
How does the meeting format change what you order?
A meeting where everyone sits around one table needs something different from one where people drift in and out of the room. Here are four formats organisers often deal with.
Weekly team meetings
The minimum order is 50 boxes, so a single small team usually will not reach it by itself. What works is pooling with another department that meets the same day, or using the boxes for a floor-wide meeting. Hand out Value Set before the meeting starts and skip a separate break. For an all-hands of 50 people on Value Set, that is 50 x 42 = ฿2,100 before delivery. If your team is a lot smaller than that, message the team on LINE and ask what the options are.
Client or partner meetings
With outside guests, the organiser usually wants the table to look tidy. Best Seller Set (฿85) gives two premium pastries and a 180 ml orange juice drink, and the boxes can sit at each place before guests arrive. If drinks are already in the room, Recommend Set (฿70) is enough.
Full-day meetings with two breaks
You can order the morning round and the afternoon round together in one order. For 50 people with Value Set in the morning and Recommend Set in the afternoon, the sum is (50 x 42) + (50 x 70) = 2,100 + 3,500 = ฿5,600 before delivery. For more on planning two rounds, read the morning and afternoon break guide.
Mixed online and in-room meetings
Count only the people sitting in the room. If remote attendees want a box too, talk to the team about delivery to more than one place. There are suggestions in snacks for hybrid meetings.

Why do individual boxes work well in a meeting room?
Individual boxes work in a meeting room because everyone gets the same portion, people help themselves, and nobody needs plates or a server. Meeting rooms are awkward for food: narrow tables, laptops and papers in the way, and some rooms discourage anything with a strong smell.
- Nothing to cut up or serve. Attendees open the box and eat, so less time is lost in the middle of the meeting.
- Spare boxes keep. If someone does not show up, the extra box can be held for a late arrival.
- Baked snacks leave little on your hands. That matters when people go straight back to the keyboard.
- Boxes are easy to count on arrival. Checking the delivery takes seconds, with no need to count piece by piece.

How many boxes do I need for a meeting?
Order for the number of people who will really be in the room, plus one or two spares for anyone who joins late, but never below the 50-box minimum. If the room holds fewer people, combine with another meeting on the same day.
- Count the attendees who have accepted.
- Add 1 or 2 boxes, or about 5 percent for a large group.
- Multiply by the number of breaks.
- Multiply by the price of the set you chose, then wait for the team to quote the delivery fee.
As an example, a large meeting with 56 people plus 4 spares comes to 60 boxes. On Best Seller Set at ฿85 that is 60 x 85 = ฿5,100 before delivery. If several meetings happen on the same day, count each room separately. The full method is in the guide to calculating the number of boxes.
How long before the meeting should the boxes arrive?
Boxes should arrive about 30 to 45 minutes before the meeting, which leaves room for the check-in at reception and the walk up to the room. Snacks for a meeting break should already be waiting, not turn up after people have walked out.
When you actually open them depends on whether the meeting has a mid-session break or you hand them out at the start. Tell the team the following when you order, because the courier has to make decisions on the spot.
- Building, floor and meeting room name. This saves the courier a call from the lobby.
- Name and number of the person receiving. Pick someone who is really on site, not the approver.
- Where to park or drop parcels. Include any visitor card exchange rules the building has.
- Meeting start time and the arrival time you want. The team can then schedule the delivery to match.
Order at least 2 days ahead. Delivery is charged by real distance within Bangkok and nearby provinces and is not included in the box price. If you need it sooner, there are two rush options: order before 10:00 for 17:00 the same day, or receive within 4 hours of confirmation. Both work for a limited set of pastries and depend on the day's queue, so see the rush order page and ask about the queue first. There is more on timing in the lead time guide.

What goes wrong when you order snacks for a meeting?
Most problems with meeting snacks come from incomplete information rather than the snacks themselves, and a quick check before ordering prevents them.
| Problem | What happens | How to prevent it |
|---|---|---|
| Headcount confirmed late | Not enough boxes, or far too many | Lock the number at least 2 days before delivery. Reducing boxes needs 48 hours notice |
| No room name given | The courier has to call from the lobby | Include floor, room and recipient name |
| Choosing a set without a drink and forgetting water | Attendees have nothing to drink | Pick a set with a drink, or check the room already has water |
| Changing the date after confirming | The order has to be rescheduled and the slot may be gone | Tell the team as soon as you know |
If someone attending avoids certain ingredients or has an allergy, tell the team when you order. They can see how far the menu can be adjusted, but we cannot guarantee anything is free of allergens, and anyone with a severe allergy should check the ingredients with the team before eating.
What to know before ordering a meeting break
A few limits are worth knowing before you build a plan around BreakHub. They reflect what we can really do, so nothing here should surprise you close to the date.
- Minimum 50 boxes per order. We do not take smaller orders, so combine several meetings or ask the team first.
- Not every pastry is available same day. Rush orders use a limited menu and depend on the queue, and we do not promise in advance that it can be done.
- Delivery is confirmed per address. We deliver in Bangkok and nearby provinces, but there is no published list of districts. The team confirms once they have your address.
- No exact arrival time guarantee. Delivery time is agreed per order, so leave a buffer before the meeting starts.
- No allergy guarantee. Baked goods often contain wheat, egg and milk.
- Payment is 100% before delivery day. You can reduce the box count with 48 hours notice. After that the original count stands.
If your event falls outside these limits, ask the team case by case. If it can be done they will say so, and if it cannot they will say that too.
How to order meeting snacks from BreakHub
Ordering takes four steps, and the team confirms the menu, delivery fee and time before you pay anything.
- Choose a set from the table above, or give the team your budget per person and let them suggest one.
- Press the LINE order button on the set page, which copies your order summary, or send the quantity, date, time, address and meeting type through the quotation form.

Frequently asked questions
How much does meeting break catering cost?
The cheapest is Value Set at ฿42 per box, with 1 classic pastry and 100 ml drinking water. The minimum order is 50 boxes. Delivery is extra, charged by real distance, and the team tells you the fee before you confirm the order.
Is a snack box the same as a coffee break?
Not quite. A coffee break is often a served table, while BreakHub sends individual snack boxes that each person picks up, with no server needed. If you need a coffee counter or staff on site, ask the team first, because that is not announced as a service.
Which set is best for a morning meeting?
Value Set at ฿42 suits a short morning meeting because it is light and easy to eat. For a meeting longer than 2 hours, or if you want 2 premium pastries, choose Recommend Set at ฿70, or Best Seller Set at ฿85 with an orange juice drink in the box.
Can I order for a full-day meeting with two breaks in one order?
Yes. Tell the team how many boxes you want for the morning and the afternoon, and at what times. Sets can be mixed in the same order, for example Value Set in the morning and Recommend Set in the afternoon. The delivery time for each round is confirmed with the team.
What if more people join after I have ordered?
Message the team on LINE as soon as you can. If it is still within the time needed to prepare, they will adjust the order. Close to the delivery date they may not be able to add boxes, so it is safer to allow 1 or 2 spares from the start.
Do you have coffee or hot drinks?
Not as a standard item. Best Seller Set includes a 180 ml orange juice drink and Value Set includes 100 ml drinking water. Other drinks can be added or swapped per box, but hot drinks need a question to the team about whether they can be arranged.
How far ahead do I need to order for a meeting?
At least 2 days, so there is time to confirm the menu and schedule the baking. For anything sooner there are two rush options: order before 10:00 for 17:00 the same day, or receive within 4 hours of confirmation. Both use a limited menu, so ask about the queue first.
Can I get a quotation for a company meeting?
Yes. Send the quotation form with the quantity, delivery date and address. Invoices and receipts are issued on request, so tell the team when you order. Those three are the only documents we issue.
