Snack Box Delivery in Bangkok and Surrounding Provinces

If you are looking for a snack box in Bangkok for an office meeting in Pathum Wan, a merit-making event at a temple on the Thonburi side or a school function near Bang Na, the first question is whether your address can be served. The next ones are what delivery costs, how many days ahead to order and when the boxes will arrive. This page answers all four as far as we can confirm them, and says plainly which parts the team has to check first.

BreakHub prepares and delivers snack boxes under its own brand across Bangkok and the surrounding provinces. Every address is confirmed before the order is confirmed. We do not promise any district, delivery time or fee in advance, because distance, the day's queue and building rules differ from one job to the next.

Where in Bangkok and the surrounding provinces do you deliver snack boxes?

BreakHub delivers across Bangkok and the surrounding provinces, and the team confirms each address before the order is confirmed. The quickest check is to send the destination address or postcode through the LINE order button or the form. The team replies whether that address can be served and what the delivery fee is for it.

Send the team the following so they can check the area:

  • Venue name and address: use an address that works in a map app, and add the building name and floor for large buildings.
  • District or postcode: this lets the team estimate the distance correctly from the first message.
  • Receiving point: for example the lobby, the meeting room or the building entrance, with the name and number of the person receiving.
  • Building limits: for example visitor passes, no large vehicles, or hours when loading is not allowed.

Jobs in the surrounding provinces have details that differ from the city, such as industrial estate gates or very large campuses. We cover them one province at a time: Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani, Samut Prakan, Samut Sakhon and Nakhon Pathom. If this is your first order, the online ordering steps walk through the process.

Which Bangkok districts can you deliver snack boxes to? All 50 districts by zone

BreakHub delivers across Bangkok, and every one of the 50 districts has its own page. We do not publish a guaranteed list, so each address is confirmed before the order is confirmed. The districts are grouped by zone below, and the name of each district links to its page. People searching for a snack box in Sathon, a break in Bang Na or a snack box in Lat Phrao will find those districts here.

Central Bangkok and the business districts

Districts in this zone: Phra Nakhon, Dusit, Pom Prap Sattru Phai, Samphanthawong, Pathum Wan, Bang Rak, Sathon, Ratchathewi, Phaya Thai, Din Daeng, Huai Khwang, Watthana, Khlong Toei, Bang Kho Laem, Yan Nawa.

This zone holds office towers, hotels, government offices and several universities. Snack box orders for Sathon, Pathum Wan or Bang Rak are usually meetings in office buildings, so plan for temporary loading space, a visitor pass at the lobby and a service lift. Some buildings only allow deliveries in set hours, so ask the building office first and tell the team. In the old town (Phra Nakhon, Samphanthawong, Pom Prap Sattru Phai) lanes are narrow and large vehicles struggle, while Dusit, Ratchathewi and Phaya Thai have government offices and hospitals with security checkpoints.

Northern Bangkok

Districts in this zone: Chatuchak, Bang Sue, Lat Phrao, Lak Si, Don Mueang, Sai Mai, Bang Khen, Wang Thonglang.

Chatuchak, Lat Phrao, Bang Sue and Lak Si have office buildings and public agencies, while Bang Khen, Don Mueang and Sai Mai have universities, schools and small factories. Large campuses have several gates, so name the gate where the boxes should be received. Traffic is heavy on weekday mornings and evenings, so allow extra time.

Eastern Bangkok

Districts in this zone: Bang Kapi, Bueng Kum, Khan Na Yao, Saphan Sung, Min Buri, Nong Chok, Lat Krabang, Khlong Sam Wa.

This zone has universities, industrial estates, schools and conference venues. Estate gates often require a vehicle registration before entry. Distances are longer than in the centre, so ask about the delivery fee in your first message.

Southern and south-eastern Bangkok

Districts in this zone: Phra Khanong, Bang Na, Prawet, Suan Luang.

Phra Khanong, Bang Na, Prawet and Suan Luang combine offices, exhibition halls and factories. Large exhibition venues usually set loading windows and entry passes. Ask the organiser for those rules and pass them to the team before you order.

Thonburi side

Districts in this zone: Thon Buri, Khlong San, Bangkok Yai, Bangkok Noi, Bang Phlat, Taling Chan, Phasi Charoen, Bang Khae, Nong Khaem, Chom Thong, Rat Burana, Thung Khru, Bang Khun Thian, Bang Bon, Thawi Watthana.

The Thonburi side has hospitals, schools, universities, temples and large shopping centres. For a merit-making event at a temple, name the hall or building and the person who will receive the boxes. Crossing the river at rush hour takes time, so build in a margin when you set the delivery time.

Whatever the district, send the full address and wait for the delivery fee from the team before you agree. The minimum, the set prices and the address confirmation step are the same all over Bangkok.

How much does a snack box in Bangkok cost, and is delivery included?

Boxes cost ฿42 to ฿85 depending on the set. Delivery is not included in the box price and is charged by real distance to the destination, with the figure given to you before you agree. The minimum is 50 boxes per order, and payment in full is due before delivery day.

SetPrice per boxIn the box50 boxes100 boxes
Value Set฿421 classic pastry + 100 ml drinking water฿2,100฿4,200
Recommend Set฿702 premium pastries (no drink)฿3,500฿7,000
Best Seller Set฿852 premium pastries + 180 ml orange juice drink฿4,250฿8,500
Delivery feeBy distance, quoted before you confirm

For example, a 60-person meeting on the Recommend Set comes to 60 x ฿70 = ฿4,200 before delivery. If the job is smaller than 50 boxes, the order will not pass the minimum. Try combining the needs of several teams into one order, or message the team. More on fees is in the snack box delivery fee guide, and all sets are on the snack box overview.

What time do snack boxes arrive, and can they come early in the morning?

Delivery time is agreed for each order, and there is no standard delivery time published. Tell the team what time the boxes should be ready to serve and they will confirm whether it can be done. A very early slot, such as before a 9:00 meeting, is asked about case by case because it depends on the queue and the distance that day.

Four rules of thumb work for any job:

  1. Set the arrival at least 30 to 60 minutes before the event starts, so there is time to set the table.
  2. Allow for traffic on weekday mornings and evenings.
  3. Allow time to enter the building, swap a visitor pass and find the receiving point.
  4. Give the team a contact on site who actually answers the phone.

If a meeting starts at 9:00 and the building needs a pass swap at the lobby, asking for arrival at 8:30 is safer than 8:50. More on timing is in the on-time delivery guide.

Can snack boxes be delivered to hotels and temples?

Yes, once the team has confirmed the address. State the receiving point and the venue's restrictions clearly, because hotels and temples have different rules for accepting deliveries.

Delivery to hotels

Many hotels take deliveries at the lobby or the loading bay. Some need advance notice, or want their banquet department to receive. Ask the hotel first whether outside food is accepted and where it should go, then tell the team.

Delivery to temples

For a merit-making event at a temple, name the hall or building in use and the person receiving, because temples are large and have several points. If the ceremony starts early, tell the team the start time. See snack boxes for merit-making events for planning tips.

Do you deliver snack boxes outside Bangkok and the surrounding provinces?

The surrounding provinces are in the service area, with each address confirmed. Other provinces are not announced as served and nothing is promised nationwide. If your event is outside the area, send the address and the team will check it case by case. There is an overview on the other provinces page.

If delivery is not possible, you have two options of your own:

  • Move the pickup point: collect in Bangkok or a nearby province and carry the boxes yourself if distance and time allow, accepting the freshness risk on your side.
  • Use a local shop: an option outside BreakHub, best for very distant events.

Do not tell guests that BreakHub snacks are coming until the team has confirmed the address.

How do you choose a break catering shop in Bangkok near you?

Being close is not always the best sign. What matters more is whether the shop confirms the address, delivery fee, menu and timing before it starts preparing. This checklist helps compare shops.

Question to askWhy it matters
Can you deliver to our address, and at what fee?BreakHub charges delivery by real distance
What is the minimum number of boxes?BreakHub's minimum is 50 boxes
How many days ahead must we order? At least 2 days (rush options with a limited menu)
Is the menu confirmed before preparation? You need the menu before telling attendees
Can you issue a quotation?Companies need it as approval paperwork

BreakHub takes orders by LINE and form and delivers to the venue, so instead of searching for a shop nearby, send your destination address and let the team check it. For more comparison points, see where to order a snack break.

What to know before ordering delivery in Bangkok

Delivering across Bangkok does not mean every address gets the same terms. These are the real limits:

  • Minimum of 50 boxes: smaller orders are not offered, in any district.
  • Not every order can go same day: rush options use only some pastries and depend on the day's queue. Normally order at least 2 days ahead.
  • Address confirmation per order: the team answers once it has the full address. There is no guaranteed list in advance.
  • No exact arrival promise: time is agreed per order, and traffic or building rules can affect the day.
  • Reductions need 48 hours' notice: after that the original count stands, and payment in full is due before delivery day.
  • Food allergies: we cannot guarantee any box is allergen-free. If a guest needs care, ask the team before ordering.

How do you order a snack box for delivery in Bangkok?

You can order in four steps, from choosing a set to paying before delivery day.

  1. Choose a set, or give your budget and headcount so the team can help put a set together.
  2. Send the quantity, date, time, venue and type of event through LINE or the quotation form.
  3. The team confirms the menu, delivery fee and total, and confirms that the address can be served.
  4. You confirm and pay in full, and the order goes into preparation.

The LINE order button on the website copies an order summary for you, which saves typing. For rush orders see the express orders page.
