How many pastries should a break box have?
A short break of 20 minutes or less works with one pastry and a cup of water. For an afternoon seminar where people sit for more than two hours, or guests who skipped lunch, two pastries is the safer choice. Two pastries also let you pair a savoury item with a sweet one, such as a Chicken Pizza Cone with a Chocolate Cookie Brownie.
- One pastry (Value Set): suits internal meetings where people have eaten, short breaks, and events where budget leads the decision.
- Two pastries (Recommend Set and Best Seller Set): suits half-day seminars, longer training sessions and executive guests.
Recommend Set has no drink in the box. If the meeting room already has water and coffee set up, it is the better value because you pay for the pastries only. For outdoor events or hot weather, choose a set with a drink in the box, or ask the team about swapping the drink per box.
Which break set suits my type of event?

What is the snack box minimum order, and can I order fewer?
The minimum is 50 boxes per order, and we do not accept orders below that. It applies to every set and counts across sets if you mix them. Within one order, each kind of pastry is limited to 20 pieces.
A small event such as a 20-person meeting still has two workable routes. One is to combine with another department or team so the total reaches 50 boxes for the same delivery day. The other is to order 50 boxes and spread them across the same day, for example a morning break and an afternoon break. If your event is much smaller than that, message the team before assuming anything. At the minimum of 50 boxes the cost is ฿2,100 for Value Set (50 x 42), ฿3,500 for Recommend Set and ฿4,250 for Best Seller Set, before delivery.
Can I mix sets, pick my own pastries or change the menu?
Yes. You can mix sets in one order and choose pastries from each set's menu. Value Set picks from the classic menu of 10. Recommend Set and Best Seller Set pick from the premium menu of 19. Each kind of pastry is limited to 20 pieces per order.
If the group has particular needs, such as older guests, young children or people who do not like very sweet food, tell the team when you order and they will suggest suitable pastries from the menu. Requests outside the menu are answered case by case, and we do not promise them in advance. Other drinks can be added or swapped per box, so ask the team when you confirm the menu.
Here is a mixed order. A seminar of 60 has 10 speakers and executives and 50 general participants, which makes 60 boxes and clears the minimum.

How long do break snacks keep, and do they need refrigeration?
Our pastries are baked fresh for each order with no preservatives, so we recommend eating them on the day they arrive. We do not give a single shelf-life figure because pastries differ. If you want to know about a specific pastry you have chosen, ask the team when you confirm the menu.
- Order for the event day: do not buy extra to keep for several days.
- Keep boxes in the shade: away from direct sun, exhaust fumes and parked cars.
- Cream and filled items: custard, cheese and meat fillings are more sensitive to heat, so ask the team whether to chill them while they wait.
- Long waits before handout: ask for delivery close to the break instead of receiving everything in the morning.
Can break snacks be kept overnight? We recommend not. Baked goods left overnight tend to dry out or lose flavour, and if you have leftover boxes and are unsure about their condition, do not eat them. For hot days, read snack boxes in hot weather.
How many days ahead do I order a snack box, and how?
Order at least 2 days ahead and pay 100% before delivery day. To reduce the number of boxes, tell us 48 hours before, after which the original count stands. There are two rush options: order before 10:00 for pickup or delivery at 17:00 the same day, or receive within 4 hours of confirmation. Both use a limited menu and depend on the day's queue.
