Snack boxes for meetings, seminars and events
IllustrationA BreakHub snack box is a ready-to-eat box of pastries, one box per person, delivered to your venue in Bangkok or the surrounding provinces. It suits any event where you need to feed a lot of people without anyone serving or scooping. This page is the entry point to all our services. After reading it you will know which page your event should go to next and which set to start with.
What kinds of snack sets do we supply?
We supply snack sets packed as individual boxes. Each box holds one or two pastries, and some sets include a drink. The box arrives closed and ready to hand out, and guests pick it up and eat straight away, so whoever orders does not have to assemble anything.
People who search for individual snack boxes usually share the same constraints: many guests, a tight schedule, and no wish to deal with plates, spoons or portioning. A box per person solves that directly and keeps costs easy to control, because you count boxes instead of guessing when a buffet will run out.
We are not a full-service caterer. If you need equipment, on-site staff or hot drinks, ask the team first whether they can support it. We do not list those as standard services.
How many sets are there, and what do they cost?
There are three sets, priced at 42, 70 and 85 baht per box, and they are sold by the box. The box, the tissue and the individually wrapped pastries are included in the price. The table gives you the overview in one go, and each set has its own page on the snack box packages page.
| Set | Price per box | What is inside |
|---|---|---|
| Value Set | 42 baht | 1 classic pastry + 100 ml drinking water |
| Recommend Set | 70 baht | 2 premium pastries (no drink) |
| Best Seller Set | 85 baht | 2 premium pastries + 180 ml orange juice drink |
In the Value Set you choose from a classic menu of 10, for example Plain Croissant, Fresh Butter Bun and Pandan Custard Bun. The Recommend Set and Best Seller Set choose from a premium menu of 19, for example Double Chocolate Croissant, Hong Kong BBQ Pork Bun and Egg Tart. Everything is baked fresh for each order with no preservatives, packed in a clear sachet piece by piece, and the team confirms the menu with you before anything is baked.

Which page should I open for my type of event?
If you already know the event type, open its dedicated page. Each one has its own quantities, delivery timing and things to watch for. The links below are grouped by the kinds of events people ask about most.
Company and agency events
- Break snacks for meetings for weekly meetings, executive meetings and boardrooms that want food that is easy to eat.
- Seminars for half-day and full-day events with more than one break.
- Quotations for companies for purchasing teams that need paperwork before approval.
Merit-making, ceremonies and schools
- Funeral rites and merit-making ceremonies, where many guests receive a box and delivery needs to be on time.
- School activities, with quantities that suit children and food allergies you need to tell the team about.
If your event is not on this list you can still order, as long as you need 50 boxes or more and the venue is in Bangkok or the surrounding provinces. If your event is smaller than that, try combining several breaks or events into one order, or message the team to talk it through first.

How do I choose a set by headcount and budget?
Start from the number of guests who will really come, multiply by your budget per head, and see which set stays within it. This works for any size of event, and it is the same way the team answers in chat when someone asks what they can get for a given budget.
| Example event | Boxes | Set to try | Total before delivery |
|---|---|---|---|
| Meetings and training across several rooms, 50 people, one break | 50 | Value Set 42 | 2,100 baht |
| Training of 60, afternoon break | 60 | Recommend Set 70 | 4,200 baht |
| Seminar of 80, two breaks | 160 | Value Set 42 | 6,720 baht |
| Guest reception for 50 | 50 | Best Seller Set 85 | 4,250 baht |
The figures above are examples of multiplication, not a quotation. Every price is per box, and the real total must include the delivery fee, which is based on the distance the team confirms. Try your own numbers in the break budget calculator, or compare all three sets in the snack box price table.
How do I order break snacks from BreakHub?
You order through LINE, which is the main channel, or by sending the quotation form. There are four steps.
- Choose a set, or give a budget and an event type and let the team suggest one.
- Send the number of boxes, the date and time, the venue and the event type through the LINE order button, or fill in the quotation page.
- The team confirms the menu, delivery fee and total.
- You confirm, and we prepare the order.
The order button on a set page copies the order summary into the chat for you. You can mix sets in one order, and the pastries within it, with at most 20 pieces of any one kind. Tell the team when you order.

How long does ready-to-deliver snack food take, and where do you deliver?
You need to order at least 2 days ahead. Even though people call it ready-to-deliver snack food, the pastries have to be scheduled and the menu confirmed first. Reducing the number of boxes needs 48 hours of notice before delivery, and payment is in full before delivery. If you must rush, there are limited-menu options: order before 10:00 for 17:00 the same day, or receive within 4 hours of confirmation. Ask the team on LINE about the queue first, because we do not promise it for every case. See rush orders for the details.
We deliver in Bangkok and the surrounding provinces, and the team checks your address again when they confirm. Delivery is not included in the box price and is based on the real distance. The details are in the delivery fee guide and the page on how far ahead to order.
What should I have ready before I message the team?
The team needs five details to quote a price. If you send all of them in the first message, you usually get a reply much sooner, because there is no back-and-forth.
- The number of boxes, and if you want to mix sets, how many of each.
- The date and time the boxes should arrive, not the time the event starts. Leave time for someone to receive them and hand them out before the break.
- The venue, with the building name, the floor and where to leave the boxes. Mention it if the courier must pass security.
- The type of event, such as a meeting, training or merit-making ceremony, so the team can suggest a suitable quantity.
- Any restrictions among guests, such as small children, older guests or people with food allergies. The team will say how far they can help and will not claim more than they can confirm.
If you are not sure about the number, give the figure you expect and tell the team it might go up or down. They will say by which day the final count has to be confirmed.
| Situation | What to tell the team |
|---|---|
| A seminar with two breaks | The delivery time for each break, and whether you want one drop or two |
| An outdoor event | Whether there is shade, and the real time you will hand out the boxes |
| An event with executives or special guests | How many boxes you want to be a higher set than the rest |
| An organisation that needs approval | That you need a quotation, and any other paperwork the organisation requires |
If this is your first event and you do not know where to begin, read how to choose a snack box first. It gives a picture of how many pieces and what budget suit each kind of event.
Can organisations get a quotation and documents?
Yes. You can request a quotation through the quotation form, and an invoice and a receipt can be issued on request. If your organisation has its own document format, mention it in your first message and wait for the team to confirm it order by order, so it does not hold you up when you close the event. The details are on the page for company quotations.
What to know before ordering
Before you plan an event, it helps to know the BreakHub conditions that affect most orders, so the figure you send for approval matches what you receive.
- Minimum 50 boxes per order. A smaller event cannot order directly, so combine several teams or breaks, or ask the team.
- Delivery in Bangkok and the surrounding provinces, as confirmed per address. There is no district list published in advance. Other provinces are handled case by case and we do not promise them.
- Delivery is separate from the box price. It is based on real distance and the team quotes it before you confirm.
- Order 2 days ahead. The rush options use a limited menu and depend on the queue, so not every event can be done in one day.
- Food allergies. BreakHub does not guarantee that boxes are safe for people with allergies. If you have a specific case, ask the team before ordering.
Summary
BreakHub offers three snack sets at 42, 70 and 85 baht per box, with a minimum of 50 boxes and at least 2 days of lead time, delivered in Bangkok and the surrounding provinces. Delivery is extra and based on distance. If you are not sure which set to use, start from the number of guests and the budget per head, and open the page for your type of event from the sections above.
When you are ready to order, send your details through the quotation form or press the LINE order button on a set page. The team confirms the menu, delivery fee and total before you pay.
