Snack box packaging: choosing a paper box for a meeting break

When people compare snack box suppliers they usually look at price and menu, but the box itself matters on the day. It affects how fast you can hand things out, whether the pastry gets squashed in transit, and how much rubbish someone has to clear after the break. This page is a guide to choosing snack box packaging for a meeting break, with a plain statement of what BreakHub does and what it does not offer.

What does a snack box package include?

A snack box package is a set that bundles the box, the pastry and the drink together. You choose a set, not each item, which makes it quick to budget and quick to order. BreakHub has three sets.

SetPrice per boxIn the box
Value Set฿421 pastry + 100 ml drinking water
Recommend Set฿702 premium pastries (no drink)
Best Seller Set฿852 premium pastries + 180 ml orange juice drink

All prices are per box and exclude delivery, which is charged by real distance. The minimum is 50 boxes. You can mix pastries from the menu, up to 20 pieces of any one kind per order, and the team confirms the menu with you. If you want a different drink, tell the team when you order, and they will say what the change costs before you confirm.

How are the pastries wrapped and packed inside a BreakHub box?

Every pastry is sealed in its own clear sachet, every box has tissue, and the box is white with the BreakHub logo. Packing is included in the price. The pastries are baked fresh for each order with no preservatives.

The sachet keeps one pastry from touching another, so people can eat one at a time, and any pastry that is still sealed is easier to keep than loose items in a shared tray. The tissue lets people wipe their hands without looking for one, which matters in a meeting where they go straight back to the paperwork.

Which snack box is best, and what are the pros and cons of paper?

For a break, a paper box is the best balance of cost, convenience and waste, because it is easy to make, stacks neatly and needs no washing afterwards. It does have limits worth knowing.

AreaAdvantage of a paper boxLimit
Handing outStacks in piles, quick to hand out one by oneIf the lid does not lock, it can open when lifted
TransportLight and can be loaded in several layersStacking too high can squash soft pastry
GreasePaper absorbs some greaseVery oily pastry can seep through the base
WastePaper can be recycled if it is not too dirtyBoxes stained with grease or food usually cannot be recycled
LookTidy, suits a formal eventHow good it looks depends on the design and its condition on arrival

This table describes paper boxes in general, not a guarantee about our box in every respect. If you have a specific concern, such as how oily the pastry you chose is, ask the team before you confirm.

How well should the box fit the pastry?

The box should fit the pastry and the drink without being loose enough for them to slide or tight enough to squash. Sets with an orange juice drink or a cup of water need a spot where the drink sits still instead of rolling into the pastry in transit.

  • A loose box. The pastry slides and bumps, crumbs build up, and it looks untidy when opened.
  • A tight box. Soft items such as cake and croissants get squashed and lose their look.
  • No dedicated spot for the drink. The drink presses on the pastry, especially in sets with juice.
  • A lid that opens too easily. The pastry slips when a guest lifts the box.

You do not choose the box size yourself, because the team picks the size that suits each set. You can still ask how well the box for your chosen set fits its pastry before you decide to order.

How much does a paper box reduce the clean-up after a break?

A paper box reduces clean-up because each person's rubbish ends up in one place. Guests put the lid, the sachets and the drink cup back into the box and throw it away once, with no plates or spoons to wash.

To make clearing up even easier, try the following.

  1. Put one bin near the room exit for every 15 to 20 people, as a starting guide you can adjust for your room.
  2. Set aside a bin or bag for drink cups and bottles if your organisation sorts recycling.
  3. Tell guests before the break where to throw rubbish.
  4. Keep greasy empty boxes apart from clean ones, because greasy boxes usually cannot be recycled.

We have not announced any service for clearing rubbish after an event, so the organiser looks after that. Read next: tidy, easy-to-eat meeting snacks, which covers breaks that need no one serving.

Can I get a break box with my own sticker or logo?

No. BreakHub does not offer printed boxes or stickers with a customer's logo or name. The box is white and printed with the BreakHub logo only. If you plan to add your own event or organisation sticker, that is a separate matter which an organiser can do on site.

These are the options organisers commonly use.

  • Order stickers from a print shop. Then stick them on the lids yourself at the venue.
  • Use separate stickers for names or groups. For example, a box for a guest with dietary limits.
  • Prepare a small thank-you card. Place one on each box before handing out.

Before you order stickers, check that the white lid has enough room, which you can ask the team about. Message the team on LINE with the number of boxes, the event date and what you have in mind, and they will say plainly whether the box we have suits your plan.

How do you choose a set by type of event?

Different events need a different look from the box. Use this table to match a set to the occasion. The example totals exclude delivery.

What to know about packaging before ordering

These limits match what BreakHub can really do, so read them before you plan an event that depends on how the box looks.

  • No boxes or stickers printed with a customer name. The box is white and carries the BreakHub logo only.
  • Minimum 50 boxes per order. You can order up to 20 pieces of any one pastry per order.
  • Order at least 2 days ahead. Rush orders use a limited menu and depend on the queue that day, and we do not promise it in advance.
  • Delivery is a separate charge. It is based on real distance, quoted before you confirm, and confirmed per address in Bangkok and nearby provinces.
  • No allergy guarantee. Baked goods often contain wheat, egg and milk.
  • Payment is 100% before delivery day. You can reduce the box count with 48 hours notice.

If you have a concern about the box, such as its size or strength, ask the team when you request a price, not after you have confirmed the order.

How do you order, and when should you ask about the box?

Ask about the box when you first request a price. If you wonder about size or about adding your own stickers, the team can answer before you plan around it. Order at least 2 days ahead, and for urgent events ask about the queue on LINE.

  1. Choose a set, or ask the team to recommend one.
  2. Press the LINE order button on the set page to copy your order summary, or send the number of boxes, date, time, venue, event type and any question about the box through the quotation form.
  3. The team confirms the menu, delivery fee and total.
  4. You confirm, then we prepare the order.

You can mix sets in a single order by telling the team when you order. If your organisation needs a quotation, request it through the same form. Invoices and receipts are issued on request, so mention them when you order. The full range is on the snack box page.

Summary

A paper box suits a snack box because it is easy to hand out, stacks well and can be thrown away in one go. BreakHub uses a white box with the BreakHub logo, a clear sachet around every pastry and tissue in every box, at ฿42, ฿70 or ฿85 per box with a minimum of 50 boxes. Delivery is charged by real distance. What we do not offer is a box or sticker printed with a customer name, though you can add your own stickers at the venue.

Frequently asked questions

What kind of box does BreakHub use for its snack box packages?

A white paper box printed with the BreakHub logo, packed by set. Each pastry is in a clear sachet and every box has tissue. The team picks the size for each set, so you do not need to specify it. If you worry about size or strength, ask before you confirm the order.

Which snack box is best for a meeting?

A paper box with a firm base, a lid that closes well and a size that fits the pastry is best, because it is easy to hand out, stacks well and can be thrown away in one go. Soft pastry needs enough room not to be squashed, and the drink should sit still.

Can I order break boxes printed with my company logo or stickers?

No. BreakHub does not print a customer logo, name or sticker on the box. The box is white with the BreakHub logo only. Some organisers order stickers from a print shop and stick them on at the venue, which is something the organiser handles.

Can the paper snack box packaging be recycled?

Clean paper can be recycled, but boxes stained with grease or food usually cannot. Keep greasy boxes apart from clean ones, and put drink cups or bottles in a separate bin if your organisation sorts its rubbish.

What is the minimum order, and is delivery included?

The minimum is 50 boxes. Prices exclude delivery, which is charged by real distance and confirmed by the team before you decide. Order at least 2 days ahead. For urgent orders ask about the queue on LINE, because we do not promise it in advance.

Can I mix several sets in one order?

Yes. Tell the team when you order how many boxes of each set you want. The overall minimum is still 50 boxes, and each set is priced as normal: Value Set ฿42, Recommend Set ฿70 and Best Seller Set ฿85.

How is the pastry wrapped, and is there tissue in the box?

Yes. Every pastry is in its own clear sachet and every box has tissue. Packing is included in the price. Pastries are baked fresh for each order with no preservatives, so we suggest handing out and eating them on the day they arrive.
