Choosing a Snack Box by Budget and Event Type
IllustrationIf this is your first time ordering break snacks, you may have opened the site and wondered where to start. The easiest way is to ask yourself questions in order, rather than comparing every set at once. This page answers how to choose a snack box in four steps, followed by scenarios with the sums already done.
How do I choose a snack box by budget per head?
Start with the budget, because it removes options fastest. Divide the total budget by the number of people to get the budget per head, then compare it with the box prices.
| Budget per head | Set within budget | What is in the box |
|---|---|---|
| ฿42 to ฿69 | Value Set ฿42 | 1 classic pastry plus a 100 ml cup of drinking water (upgrade to a premium pastry +฿3) |
| ฿70 to ฿84 | Recommend Set ฿70 | 2 premium pastries |
| ฿85 and above | Best Seller Set ฿85 | 2 premium pastries plus a 180 ml orange juice drink |
If your budget per head does not match a figure in the table, say ฿60, choose the set that stays within budget: the Value Set at ฿42, upgraded to a premium pastry at ฿45, or with a drink added for ฿5 to ฿20 per box, or mix several sets so the total lands close to the budget. Prices in the table leave out delivery, which is charged by real distance, and we sell sets only, not single pastries.
Does the choice of set change depending on who is eating?
Slightly. Who eats changes which set suits. Internal staff, outside guests and executives have different expectations, and a group with children or older people needs thought about portion size and how easy the food is to eat.
- General staff: a mid-priced set such as the Recommend Set at ฿70 is about right.
- Clients or outside guests: the Best Seller Set at ฿85 has orange juice in the box and looks tidier.
- Executives and speakers: the Best Seller Set at ฿85, with savoury and sweet premium pastries and orange juice.
- Groups with dietary limits: tell the team before the menu is confirmed. The team can say whether it can be arranged, and we do not guarantee allergen-free boxes.
If your group is mixed, you can mix sets in one order. For example, 45 staff on the Recommend Set and 15 guests on the Best Seller Set make 60 boxes, totalling 45 x ฿70 + 15 x ฿85 = ฿3,150 + ฿1,275 = ฿4,425.
One detail that is easy to forget is the type of pastry. The menu has sweet items such as Pandan Custard Bun and Banana Chocolate Chip Cake, and savoury ones such as Pork Floss Chili Bun and Curry Chicken Pie. In a 60-person meeting that runs from the morning, most people reach for the savoury items first at the morning break and move to the sweet ones in the afternoon. Mixing both kinds in the menu means nobody is left holding the one pastry they did not want.

Morning break, afternoon break or short break: which set fits?
The time of day tells you whether to pick a light or filling set, and the length of the break tells you how long people have to eat. A morning break can take a light set, and an afternoon break should be a little more filling.
- Short break, 10 to 15 minutes: a set with water in the box, such as the Value Set or the Best Seller Set, saves a walk to the drinks table.
- Break of 20 to 30 minutes: a set with 2 or more pastries, so guests have time to pick and chat.
- Lunch already served: the afternoon break does not need to be heavy, so you can drop one set down.
The detail on morning versus afternoon is in how morning and afternoon breaks differ, and for a full-day meeting, see full-day meetings with two breaks to plan two rounds.
Does the delivery venue affect which set I pick?
Indirectly, yes. The delivery location affects both the delivery fee and how early you need to order. We deliver in Bangkok and surrounding provinces, and the team confirms by your real address. The delivery fee is charged by real distance and is not included in the box price.
- The full address, with floor, room or building.
- Where to park or where the goods entrance is, if the building has conditions such as swapping an ID card or a goods lift.
- The name and number of the person receiving on site.
- The time you want the boxes to arrive, which is not the time the break starts. Allow half an hour before.
Some venues, such as schools, conference centres and factories, have different entry procedures. Telling the team when you order avoids waiting at the gate.

Is the cheapest set or the priciest set the better buy?
There are three common ways of deciding, and each has a point to check before you order.
- Pick the cheapest set to be safe. It really does save ฿1,680 for 60 people compared with the Recommend Set, but the Value Set has one pastry, so if the break is long or the previous meal was far back, people may be hungry before the break ends.
- Pick the most expensive set to be safe. The Best Seller Set at ฿85 has 2 premium pastries and orange juice, but if the break is only 10 minutes, guests may not finish. The difference from the Recommend Set at ฿70 is ฿900 for 60 people, which might be put to use elsewhere in the event.
- Pick what you ordered last time. That works if the previous event was similar in size and timing, but always recheck the headcount and budget for this round.
The practical conclusion is to compare what is in the box with what the event needs, not just the price. If you are weighing boxes against a serviced break table, read snack box compared with a coffee break service.
Which set and how many boxes for a first-time break?
For a first break, start with a middle set, the Recommend Set at ฿70 or the Best Seller Set at ฿85, because you can go up or down next time after seeing how guests react. Order 2 to 3 boxes above your expected number, and never below the 50 box minimum.
For example, a training for 52 people on the Recommend Set with 3 spare boxes is 55 boxes x ฿70 = ฿3,850 before delivery. For a detailed beginner walkthrough, read what to prepare for your first meeting break.

Four scenarios: which set fits?
| Scenario | Suggested set | Total (before delivery) |
|---|---|---|
| Weekly meeting of 3 teams, 55 people, Monday morning, small budget | Value Set, 55 boxes | 55 x ฿42 = ฿2,310 |
| Staff training for 80 people, half day | Recommend Set, 80 boxes | 80 x ฿70 = ฿5,600 |
| Client seminar for 60 people | Best Seller Set, 60 boxes | 60 x ฿85 = ฿5,100 |
| Large conference of 100 people, two sets mixed | Recommend Set 70 boxes + Best Seller Set 30 boxes | 70 x ฿70 + 30 x ฿85 = ฿7,450 |
All four examples clear the minimum of 50 boxes per order. If your event is smaller, try combining the needs of several teams to reach 50 boxes, or message the team first, but do not assume the minimum will be lowered. The totals in the table leave out delivery.
Where do people most often choose wrong?
The most common mistake is choosing on price alone without looking at the event schedule. Picture an 80-person meeting that runs from 9:00 to noon with a one-pastry set for the morning break: people get hungry well before lunch. Another case is ordering a set with orange juice when the room already has a coffee and water table. That price difference would do more good spent on pastries. Ask yourself whether the gap is food or drink, and then choose the set.
Remember there are only three sets. If none of them fits the event, message the team on LINE and they will help put together a set to fit the budget, within the menu we have. See the full range on the snack box page.
What to know before ordering
A few limits are worth knowing at the start, so that the plan you make does not stumble close to the event date.
- Minimum of 50 boxes: we do not take orders under 50 boxes. If your event is smaller, try combining the needs of several teams.
- Up to 20 pieces of any one pastry: one order can mix several pastries, but a single kind is capped at 20 pieces.
- Delivery is separate from the box price: it is charged by real distance and quoted before you confirm. We deliver in Bangkok and the surrounding provinces, confirmed address by address.
- No allergy guarantee: we can share the ingredients the team knows about, but we do not guarantee any box is allergen-free.
- Rush is not available for every pastry: rush orders cover a limited set of pastries and depend on the day's queue.
What information do I need ready before I order?
- What is the budget per head, and have you set aside a share for delivery?
- What is the headcount including on-site staff, and how many spare boxes?
- What time is the break, how long is it, and are other meals in the schedule?
- Where is the venue, who receives, and what are the building conditions?
- Do any attendees have dietary limits? If so, tell the team.
When you have answered all of these, send the details through LINE or the quote request form. The team confirms the menu, delivery fee and total, and then you confirm the order. Order at least 2 days ahead and pay in full before delivery. For rush jobs the menu is limited: order before 10:00 for 17:00 the same day, or within 4 hours, and ask about the queue first. To compare all the sets side by side, see the popular break snack menu.
Summary
Choosing a snack box starts with budget per head, then who is eating, the break timing and the delivery venue. The three sets at ฿42, ฿70 and ฿85 cover most meeting and training budgets. The minimum is 50 boxes, orders go in at least 2 days ahead, and delivery is charged by real distance. If you are torn between two sets, you can mix them in one order.

Frequently asked questions
Which snack box is best for a normal meeting?
Most ordinary meetings start with the Recommend Set at ฿70, which has 2 premium pastries, or the Best Seller Set at ฿85, which adds orange juice. If the budget is very tight, the Value Set at ฿42 has one classic pastry and drinking water in the box.
What snacks should I choose if I have no idea?
Tell the team on LINE the headcount, the budget per head and the break time, and they will recommend a set. The pastries in each set vary by round, and the team confirms the real list before the order closes.
Should I order spare boxes for a first break?
Yes, 2 to 3 spare boxes, for example 55 boxes for 52 people. A small margin covers a shortfall, but the right spare number depends on how firm the guest list is.
What if my budget sits between two sets?
Mix two sets in one order, for example 30 boxes of the Recommend Set and 30 boxes of the Best Seller Set, totalling ฿4,650 before delivery, which gives an average between the two. Tell the team when you order.
How do I choose snacks for an event with children or older guests?
Choose a set with pastries that are easy to eat and a drink in the box, then tell the team when you order about any dietary limits. The team will say whether it can be arranged. We do not guarantee allergen-free boxes.
How far ahead do I order, and where do you deliver?
At least 2 days ahead. Rush options with a limited menu exist: order before 10:00 for 17:00 the same day, or within 4 hours, so ask about the queue on LINE. We deliver in Bangkok and surrounding provinces, and the fee is charged by real distance and is not in the box price.
