Your office is in Isan, a seminar is coming up, and a few dozen people will need something to eat at the break. The first thing most organisers type is whether a snack box can reach the Northeast of Thailand at all. For BreakHub the plain answer is that regular service covers Bangkok and the surrounding provinces. Provinces in Isan are checked case by case, and we will not say yes until the team has looked at your address.

This page puts all 20 provinces of the region in one place, each with its own short section on what to prepare before you message us. Boxes come in three levels, ฿42, ฿70 and ฿85, with a minimum of 50 boxes per order. The delivery fee is separate and is set by real distance.

Can a snack box be delivered to Isan?

BreakHub has not announced regular delivery to any Isan province. The team checks the destination address, the date and the time you need the boxes, and then tells you whether it can be done. If the answer is yes, the delivery fee is quoted before you confirm. If the answer is no, you find out before you have told anyone at the event that snacks are coming.

We do not give a blanket answer because the pastries are baked fresh for each order and fresh baking does not suit long journeys. The decision depends on the address, not on the region. If you are comparing several suppliers, ask each one the same three questions: can this address be served, what is the fee, and when will the boxes arrive before the break starts.

What is the status of each of the 20 Isan provinces?

Every province in the table has the same status: checked case by case. None is promised in advance and none is ruled out in advance. Box prices are the same everywhere. Only the delivery fee changes, because it follows the real distance.

What do you need to tell us when ordering for Isan?

The team needs five things to check an Isan address: the province and full address of the drop-off point, the date, the time the boxes must be ready, the number of boxes, and the set you have in mind. Send all five in your first message and the reply comes faster than if we have to ask one question at a time.

• Drop-off address: Give the building, floor or meeting room and the name of a receiver who answers the phone. A district name alone is not enough to decide.
• Date and time: Give the time the break actually starts, for example 10:00, not the start of the whole event, so the team can allow for arriving before it.
• Number of boxes: The minimum is 50. Below that we do not take the order, though you may combine the needs of several teams or events into one order.
• Set: Value Set at ฿42, Recommend Set at ฿70 or Best Seller Set at ฿85. If you are unsure, give a budget per head and the team will help put a set together.
• Breaks per day: A morning break and an afternoon break are assessed differently, so say how many deliveries you need.

How does a meeting break work in lower Isan, from Nakhon Ratchasima to Ubon Ratchathani?

This group runs from Nakhon Ratchasima to Ubon Ratchathani and the provinces between them. Each one is checked case by case. The notes below are practical points for the sort of events that tend to happen in each province, so you can prepare before you get in touch.

Nakhon Ratchasima

Nakhon Ratchasima is a large province with government offices, universities, factories in the industrial estates and hotels that host meetings. People often search for snack box Nakhon Ratchasima prices or a coffee break caterer for a meeting in Nakhon Ratchasima. State whether the drop-off is in the city or in an outlying district, because the distance differs a lot. If you are looking for a Si Sa Ket snack box price that fits a tight budget, the Value Set at ฿42 is the starting point, but add the delivery fee, set by distance, to the budget as well. Ubon Ratchathani

Ubon Ratchathani is the big city of eastern Isan, with universities, hospitals and many organisations that run seminars. Searches such as meeting break catering in Ubon Ratchathani are common. During the province's major annual festival, traffic and bookings can be heavier, so tell the team early. We have not announced delivery to Ubon Ratchathani. The team checks one address at a time and tells you the delivery fee before you confirm.

Yasothon

Yasothon is a smaller province. Most events are office meetings in town, community gatherings and annual merit-making. For a temple event, name the hall or building that will be used, because the driver needs to know where to stop and where to put the boxes. Ordering a snack box for Yasothon follows the same path as elsewhere: send your details and the team checks them case by case. There is no guarantee before the check, and the fee follows the real distance.

Amnat Charoen

Amnat Charoen is a small province where meetings tend to cluster around the government centre and schools. In an area like this, finding break snacks sometimes takes more planning than in a big city, because nearby options are fewer. Ask the team once you have a firm date instead of waiting until the last days. Snack sets for Amnat Charoen are checked case by case and are not an announced service area, and the order still has to reach the 50-box minimum.

What about central Isan, around Khon Kaen, Maha Sarakham and Roi Et?

This group includes a university town, a regional meeting hub and provinces where most events belong to government agencies. The process is the same in each: send the details, let the team check, and wait for the fee before you decide.

Chaiyaphum

Chaiyaphum has government work, tourism and activities held in natural areas, and some events are well outside the town. If you run a tourism seminar or an off-site training day, give a drop-off point that a vehicle can really reach, not just the name of the place. You may ask about a Chaiyaphum snack box, but nothing is promised in advance. The team checks the case and replies once it has a detailed address.

Khon Kaen

Khon Kaen is a centre for the region in many ways, with large universities, hospitals, hotels that host meetings and business seminars. It is among the provinces people search for most, whether for a Khon Kaen snack box or a coffee break service in Khon Kaen. For a meeting of 100 people or more, state the number of breaks in the day and the drop-off point clearly from the start. Khon Kaen is still case by case. The team checks first and has not announced delivery in advance.

Maha Sarakham

Maha Sarakham is a university town, so many events are academic seminars, teacher training and student activities. Project coordinators should settle the budget per head early, since such activities usually have a limited snack budget. Roi Et

Roi Et has government meetings, community events and business seminars in the town. Most people asking about a Roi Et snack box want snacks for a half-day meeting, which suits one break a day. If you need two breaks, give the start time of each separately. The team checks the address case by case and gives the fee before you confirm. It does not promise that Roi Et can be served until the check is finished.

Kalasin

Kalasin is known for Praewa silk and its dinosaur sites, so events there include agency meetings, training for producer groups and community tourism. If you run a training day for an occupational group, where attendance often varies between sessions, confirm the number before ordering. The order needs at least 50 boxes, and a reduction must be reported 48 hours ahead. Ordering break snacks in Kalasin uses the same case-by-case check as other provinces in the region.

How does ordering work in upper Isan and along the Mekong?

Provinces from Udon Thani up to the Mekong include business towns, tourist towns and border towns. Every address is checked case by case, and we say again that no province here is announced as a delivery area.

Nong Bua Lamphu

Nong Bua Lamphu is a small province next to Udon Thani, and events are mostly agency meetings and community activities. If your address is near the provincial line, say clearly which side it is on, because the distance the team uses for the fee depends on the real address, not on the province name. Break boxes for Nong Bua Lamphu remain case by case. The team checks, tells you the result and quotes a fee by distance.

Udon Thani

Udon Thani is the business city of upper Isan, with shopping centres, hotels and organisations that hold meetings and seminars all year. People often search for a snack box in Udon Thani or meeting break catering there. If your event is large, for example a conference needing 100 boxes, message us when the date is set. Udon Thani is still checked case by case and has not been announced in advance. The team reviews the address and replies with a fee.

Loei

Loei is a mountain province with a strong tourist trade, cooler weather late in the year and a well-known annual festival. For a seminar at a resort or a lodge outside town, give the drop-off point and the name of the contact at the venue, because access roads can be specific to the property. Meeting breaks in Loei are checked case by case every time. The team promises nothing beforehand, and the fee is quoted only before you confirm.

Nong Khai

Nong Khai sits on the Mekong and has a border crossing. It sees agency meetings, border trade events and tourism events. Organisers asking about snack delivery to Nong Khai should say whether the drop-off is in town or in a riverside area where a vehicle may find it hard to get in. The team checks the address and answers case by case. Delivery to Nong Khai is not announced. The team also does not guarantee exact arrival times, so set the time well ahead of the break.

Bueng Kan

Bueng Kan is a newer province on the Mekong, with events that are mostly agency meetings in town, community activities and tourism. Bueng Kan is a case-by-case check. We do not promise service in advance, and the fee is quoted after the address has been checked.

Sakon Nakhon

Sakon Nakhon has important temples, a university and many government offices, so events include merit-making, academic seminars and official meetings. For a temple event, name the hall or building and the time the monks' meal or ceremony begins, so the boxes arrive before then. You can ask about a Sakon Nakhon snack box, but the team has to check the address first before it says yes, and nothing is promised in advance.

Nakhon Phanom

Nakhon Phanom lies on the Mekong, has a well-known pagoda and a large annual merit-making festival. Organisers there look for break snacks for office meetings and for religious events alike. When the festival fills the town, ask the team as early as you can, since traffic and bookings can be tighter than usual. Snack sets for Nakhon Phanom have not been announced as a service. Mukdahan

Mukdahan is a Mekong town with a border crossing. Events include government meetings, border trade seminars and tourism activities. If you are looking for a break caterer in Mukdahan, prepare a clear address, the receiver's name and a phone number that works on the day. The team checks case by case and does not announce service in Mukdahan ahead of time. Box prices stay at ฿42, ฿70 or ฿85 by set, and the delivery fee is separate.

How are the price and delivery fee worked out for Isan?

BreakHub boxes cost ฿42 for the Value Set, ฿70 for the Recommend Set and ฿85 for the Best Seller Set, the same in every province. The delivery fee is separate, based on the real distance to the drop-off address, and the team quotes it before you confirm the order. There is no standard Isan fee published, and delivery is never free.

A simple calculation: a meeting of 60 people with one break on the Value Set means 60 boxes at ฿42 each for the boxes, and the delivery fee comes on top once the team quotes it. On the Best Seller Set, with 2 premium pastries and a 180 ml orange juice drink, the same 60 boxes are 60 times ฿85. For other drinks added or swapped per box, ask the team for that order, since this page does not list a price.

Why do fresh pastries and long distances need thought?

BreakHub pastries are baked fresh for each order with no preservatives, so the longer the gap between the oven and the first bite, the more the quality is at risk. Fillings that react to heat, such as custard, meat and cheese, are the most sensitive. This is why the team checks the time as well as the address.

You can help by setting the receiving time as close to the break as you can, keeping the boxes in a room out of direct sun, and having someone at the venue ready to take them. Each pastry is in its own clear sachet and every box has tissue, which helps with hygiene when handing them out, but that does not replace keeping the boxes out of heat after they arrive. What to know before ordering for Isan

BreakHub does not guarantee delivery to every Isan province and does not guarantee delivery times. The main limits are listed below.

• Minimum of 50 boxes: Orders below this are not accepted, whichever province you are in.
• At least 2 days ahead: For Isan, allow more, since the team needs time to check the address and agree the time first.
• Rush options may not apply: Same-day and 4-hour rush work only for a limited set of pastries and depend on the day's queue, so they often do not suit a distant destination.
• Payment in full before the day: Payment is 100% before delivery day, and a reduction in box count must be reported 48 hours ahead.
• No allergy guarantee: The menu is made in one kitchen, so anyone with a food allergy should ask the team first and should not assume a box is safe.

If the team says your address cannot be served, do not tell attendees that snacks are arranged, and do not commit until you have a confirmation.

What are the options if Isan delivery is not possible?

If the team says your province cannot be served, there are three things to try. The first is to move the drop-off point: if some attendees travel through Bangkok or a nearby province, ask the team about an arranged pickup, which must be agreed with the team each time and is not a published service.

The second is to split the event. If you have one event in Bangkok and another in Isan, order the part inside the service area from us and find local snacks for the Isan event. The third is to use BreakHub first for a Bangkok event and ask about your province again with your next order.

Summary
