Snack Box Delivery Fee Guide
IllustrationThe delivery fee for BreakHub snack boxes is not part of the box price, and there is no fixed figure on the website, because the distance to each address is different. This guide explains what the team looks at when quoting a fee, what to send to get a quick answer, what to prepare for deliveries to an office or a funeral, and where we deliver.
How is the delivery fee for a break order worked out?
The team charges delivery by the real distance from the dispatch point to your address and gives you one figure with the total before you confirm the order. We do not have a ready-made fee table you can look up yourself, because the same address can produce a different result when the delivery time is different.
The team needs the information below. The more complete it is, the faster the reply.
| Information | Example to send | Why it is needed |
|---|---|---|
| Address or building name | Building name, road, district | To check the address is in the service area |
| Day and time the boxes must arrive | Friday 9:30, before a 10:00 break | Traffic differs by time of day |
| Number of boxes | 60 boxes, mixed across 2 sets | Sets the size of the delivery |
| Drop-off point | Lobby, 5th floor, main meeting room | Time needed to carry boxes inside the building |
| Number of deliveries | Morning and afternoon breaks, separate or combined | Shows how many trips are needed |
You can send all of this in one LINE message, or fill in the quote form if your organisation needs documents to support the purchase.
Is snack box delivery free?
No. The box price does not include delivery, and we do not publish free-delivery conditions on the website. If you want to know whether your order might qualify for something special, ask the team and include the address and box count. The answer will be in the confirmation message with your total.
The prices of ฿42, ฿70 and ฿85 a box are product prices only. An order at the 50-box minimum still has delivery added separately. The reasons for keeping them apart are explained in why snack boxes charge delivery separately.
Where do you deliver snack boxes?
We deliver in Bangkok and the surrounding provinces, confirmed address by address. We do not publish a list of districts we guarantee in advance, because the limits also depend on delivery time and the day's routes.
The easiest check is to send the address and time to the team before you decide on a box count. If the address is on the edge of an area or near the outer provinces, the team will say honestly whether it can be done and how the fee will work. If it cannot be done, we tell you before you have to plan another way. The overview is on the Bangkok delivery page.

What should you prepare for a snack box delivery to an office?
Office delivery works, but name one coordinator the team can reach throughout the window when the boxes will arrive. What slows a delivery most is rarely distance. It is getting into the building and waiting for the lift.
Checklist for the receiving side
- Coordinator: give a name and the hours they can be reached during the delivery window.
- Building staff: tell security or building management in advance that a delivery vehicle is coming.
- Drop-off point: say whether it is the loading bay, the lobby or a meeting room, and which floor.
- Visitor pass: say whether the driver must swap an ID or register before entering.
- A table for the boxes: have one ready, so nobody waits more than five minutes after the boxes arrive.
Aim for the boxes to arrive at least half an hour before the break. If the building is hard to enter, allow more. Guidance on delivering to a meeting room is on the meeting snacks page.
What do you tell the team for a funeral delivery?
Delivery to a temple or ceremony venue is possible within our service area, but say clearly which pavilion and who will receive the boxes, because temples often have several pavilions and several events at once. The team needs the following.
- Venue: the temple name, the pavilion or room where the rites are held, and where a vehicle can enter.
- Timing: when the boxes must arrive compared with the start of chanting or when guests begin to arrive.
- Recipient: a name and number, sent to the team by LINE only.
- Box count: hard to state precisely because attendance is uncertain, so use the highest expected attendance on the day the boxes are handed out, not for the whole event.
Order at least 2 days ahead. Funerals are often sudden, so message the team on LINE about the queue right away. There are rush options for a limited set of pastries: order before 10:00 for 17:00 the same day, or collect within 4 hours of confirmation. The team will say honestly whether it is possible, and the 50-box minimum still applies. We never promise a rush order every time. Full guidance is on the funeral page and in the funeral snack box guide.

Why does snack box delivery cost differ from one Bangkok event to another?
Delivery cost in Bangkok differs by timing and location, not by district alone. The points below help you plan, though they are not a formula we publish.
- Delivery before rush hour usually runs more smoothly than delivery during it.
- Several drop-offs in one building differ from several buildings.
- A building the vehicle cannot enter means carrying the last stretch on foot.
- Two breaks at different times may count as two trips.
Once you have the delivery fee, add it to the box cost. The table shows the box cost for a 60-box event on each set. The real total is the box cost plus the fee the team quotes.
| Set | Calculation, 60 boxes | Box cost | Delivery |
|---|---|---|---|
| Value Set | 60 x 42 | ฿2,520 | Quoted by distance |
| Recommend Set | 60 x 70 | ฿4,200 | Quoted by distance |
| Best Seller Set | 60 x 85 | ฿5,100 | Quoted by distance |
Try other numbers in the break budget calculator, then add the delivery fee the team quotes.
What does the actual delivery day look like?
The delivery day is simpler than people expect once you know who does what and when. Use this table as an internal checklist for your team. The times are an example for a break starting at 10:00 and can be adapted. They are not times we guarantee.
| When | What happens | Who |
|---|---|---|
| 2 days before | Send details for the quote and fee, confirm the menu and total, pay in full before delivery | Organiser and team |
| 1 day before | Tell building staff and confirm the final box count | Organiser |
| 9:00 | Coordinator waits at the meeting point, table ready for boxes | Organiser |
| 9:30 | Boxes arrive, count them together with the driver | Receiver |
| 10:00 | Break starts, boxes handed out table by table or set out at one point | Organiser |
Count the boxes as soon as they arrive. If the number does not match or a box is damaged in transit, tell the team on LINE straight away with a photo. A report several hours late is hard to check. At events with many attendees, hold back some boxes at the registration desk for people who arrive late.

What does a good delivery fee request look like on LINE?
A complete message gets an answer in one round. Try this outline and swap in your own details.
I would like to order 50 Best Seller Set boxes for delivery on Thursday at 9:30 to (building name), 6th floor meeting room, for an internal seminar. The coordinator is (name). Please quote the delivery fee and the total.
If you want to mix sets, add a line saying how many of each. The LINE order button on the product page copies your order summary for you. The team confirms the pastries in the boxes with you before preparing the order, and the photos on the website are illustrations.
What to know before ordering delivery
Delivery and its fee come with limits worth knowing before you plan the event, so nothing surprises you on the day.
- No fixed fee on the website: the figure changes with address, time and box count, and the team quotes it before you confirm.
- Area confirmed per address: we deliver in Bangkok and surrounding provinces, but do not guarantee a list of districts in advance.
- No fixed delivery times promised: the times in the example are planning guidance. Traffic and building access affect the real time.
- 50-box minimum and 2 days ahead: rush options work for certain pastries only and depend on the queue. See the express page.
- Payment in full before delivery day: you can reduce the box count with 48 hours' notice, after which the original total stands.
- Other provinces are case by case: if your address is outside Bangkok and the surrounding provinces, see the other provinces page and let the team check first.

Can you deliver snack boxes to a funeral?
