Snack Box for Other Provinces: Can We Deliver Outside Bangkok and Nearby?

A delivery van on a highway in the morning (illustration)Illustration

If you are looking for a snack box outside Bangkok for an annual meeting, a training day or a merit-making event held in another province, the most direct answer we can give is this. We have not announced delivery to any province beyond Bangkok and the surrounding area, but you can send the details to the team and we will tell you, case by case, whether we can take the job. This page explains what to send, why distance and fresh pastry are a real constraint, and what you can do if we cannot deliver.

Think of this page as a hub of facts, not a list of guaranteed provinces. Everything written below is a condition the team can actually stand behind.

Can I order snack boxes delivered to another province?

BreakHub has not announced delivery to any province outside Bangkok and the surrounding area. Our standard service covers Bangkok and nearby provinces. For anywhere else, the team has to check the queue and the route for that day before it can say yes or no, and we do not promise anything before that check.

The question usually arrives as a simple "can you deliver upcountry?", and people want a one-word answer. In practice the answer changes with the address, the date and the time you need. A job on a Monday morning in one province might work, while the same province early on a holiday morning might not. We would rather answer job by job than publish a list of provinces that could let you down on the day you need it.

If your event is in Bangkok or one of the neighbouring provinces, start with the Bangkok delivery page instead. The conditions there are clearer, and each neighbouring province has its own page.

What is the difference between standard areas and case-by-case areas?

Standard areas are Bangkok and the five surrounding provinces, where the team confirms each address. Every other province is case by case, which means the team has to check before anyone knows the result. The table shows the difference.

AreaStatusWhat happens when you send an address
BangkokStandard serviceThe team confirms the address and quotes a delivery fee by distance
Five surrounding provinces (Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani, Samut Prakan, Samut Sakhon, Nakhon Pathom)Standard serviceThe team confirms the address and quotes a delivery fee by distance
Any other provinceCase by case, not announcedThe team checks the queue, the route and a suitable menu, then answers yes or no for that job

If your event is in a province next to the standard area, it is tempting to assume it works the same way. We do not assume that for you. Send the details first and wait for the team's answer, which is safer than announcing a date and fixing it afterwards.

The pages for the surrounding provinces are here: Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani, Samut Prakan, Samut Sakhon and Nakhon Pathom.

What should I send the team to check a snack box order for another province?

The team needs five things at minimum: the province, the destination address, the date, the time you want the boxes ready to serve, and the number of boxes. If all five arrive in the first message, you get an answer faster than if the team has to ask follow-up questions.

  • Province and destination address: Send the venue name and an address that works in a navigation app, plus the district or postcode, because the team looks at the route from that address.
  • Event date: Give the exact date. If it can still move, say which dates are possible.
  • Time the boxes should be ready to serve: For example, a morning break at 10:00. The team works backwards from that time to see when preparation must start.
  • Box count and the set you have in mind: A rough number is fine if it is not final, but it must not be below 50 boxes.
  • Handover point and an on-site contact: For example, which floor and room, or where a hotel wants deliveries, plus someone reachable on the day.

Send all of this through the quote request form, or press the LINE order button on the set page you chose. The button copies the order summary, and you can add the province and the time you need.

Why are fresh pastry and long distance a real constraint?

BreakHub bakes every order fresh and uses no preservatives. That keeps the taste good, but it also means the pastries should not sit in a vehicle for long and are not meant to be kept overnight. The farther the destination, the more the travel time and the heat inside the vehicle matter, so the team weighs up every job outside the standard area.

Three things decide the answer for a job outside the standard area.

  1. Time in the vehicle: A long route or heavy traffic means the boxes arrive later than planned, and if they arrive after the break time, your programme stumbles.
  2. Type of pastry: Pastries with cream or cheese fillings are more sensitive to heat than a butter bun or a banana cake. For a long trip, the team may suggest sturdier choices.
  3. The day's queue: On a busy day we may not have a vehicle or the hours to go far, even to an address we could serve on a quieter day.

Our guide to snack boxes in hot weather covers keeping boxes out of sun and heat, and it applies to city and rural venues alike.

What are the alternatives if the event is upcountry and delivery is not possible?

Three options work in practice, depending on how flexible your event is. You can move the venue to Bangkok or the surrounding area, you can arrange to collect the boxes yourself if the team agrees, or you can split the event so that the part inside the standard area is ordered from us.

Hold the event near Bangkok

Some companies with branches in other provinces choose a hotel or conference centre in the surrounding provinces for their annual training or seminar. Attendees travel about the same either way, and we deliver straight to the venue under the usual conditions.

Arrange collection yourself, if the team agrees

Some jobs can be settled with the organiser sending a vehicle or a person to collect the boxes at an agreed point. This always needs a conversation with the team first, because it depends on the queue and the time of day. It is not a standard service, and we do not confirm it for every order.

Split the event

If one event has several sites, such as a main meeting in Bangkok and a branch event upcountry, order the Bangkok part from us and ask the team separately about the rest. Each order must still meet its own 50-box minimum.

Which region is my province in, and which page should I read next?

This page is the parent for all service outside Bangkok. Provinces fall into two groups: Bangkok and the surrounding provinces, which are the standard service, and six regions that the team checks case by case. Whether you are asking about a snack box in Chon Buri, Rayong, Ayutthaya or Chiang Mai, open the page for that region, which covers each province separately, and send your event details to the team. We do not guarantee any province in advance.

Bangkok and surrounding provinces (standard service)

The standard area, where the team confirms each address, is Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani, Samut Prakan, Samut Sakhon and Nakhon Pathom.

Other regions (checked case by case)

  • Central region: Chai Nat, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Lop Buri, Saraburi, Sing Buri and Ang Thong.
  • Eastern region: Chanthaburi, Chachoengsao, Chon Buri, Trat, Nakhon Nayok, Prachin Buri, Rayong and Sa Kaeo.
  • Western region: Kanchanaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Phetchaburi, Ratchaburi, Samut Songkhram and Suphan Buri.
  • Northern region: Kamphaeng Phet, Chiang Rai, Chiang Mai, Tak, Nakhon Sawan, Nan, Phayao, Phichit, Phitsanulok, Phetchabun, Phrae, Mae Hong Son, Lampang, Lamphun, Sukhothai, Uttaradit and Uthai Thani.
  • Northeastern region (Isan): Kalasin, Khon Kaen, Chaiyaphum, Nakhon Phanom, Nakhon Ratchasima, Bueng Kan, Buri Ram, Maha Sarakham, Mukdahan, Yasothon, Roi Et, Loei, Sakon Nakhon, Surin, Si Sa Ket, Nong Khai, Nong Bua Lam Phu, Amnat Charoen, Udon Thani and Ubon Ratchathani.
  • Southern region: Krabi, Chumphon, Trang, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Narathiwat, Pattani, Phangnga, Phatthalung, Phuket, Yala, Ranong, Songkhla, Satun and Surat Thani.

Every province in these lists is case by case. Appearing on a list is not a confirmation that we take the job. The team answers only after it has your address, date, time and box count, and if the answer is no, we say so plainly so you still have time to find a local supplier.

What to know before ordering outside the standard area

BreakHub's core conditions apply to every order, upcountry jobs included. If one of them does not suit your event, it is better to know now than just before the date.

  • Minimum of 50 boxes per order: Events under 50 people cannot order yet. Try combining several activities, or ask the team.
  • Order at least 2 days ahead: Upcountry jobs deserve more notice, because the team needs time to check the area before answering.
  • No promised arrival time: Delivery time is agreed order by order, and we do not publish a guaranteed arrival time.
  • Payment in full before delivery day: The team confirms menu, delivery fee and time first, and then payment follows.
  • Reducing the box count needs 48 hours' notice: After that the original count stands, so settle your headcount before you order.
  • Collecting the boxes yourself is not standard: If you want that arrangement, it has to be agreed with the team case by case.
  • No allergy guarantee: If attendees have dietary restrictions, tell the team when you order.

How are price, delivery fee and lead time worked out for another province?

The box price does not change by province. It stays at ฿42, ฿70 or ฿85 depending on the set. The delivery fee is not part of the box price and follows the real distance to the destination, and the team quotes the figure before you agree to anything. That is why this page carries no upcountry delivery fee.

SetPrice per box50 boxes100 boxesDelivery fee
Value Set฿42฿2,100฿4,200By distance
Recommend Set฿70฿3,500฿7,000By distance
Best Seller Set฿85฿4,250฿8,500By distance

The figures are box prices only, before delivery. If your venue is far away, expect the delivery fee to be a separate line on top of the table. How the team works out that fee is explained in our snack box delivery fee guide.

On timing, contact the team as soon as you know the date of an event outside the standard area. You do not need to wait for the menu or the headcount to settle, because checking the area takes time and the team can tell you straight away whether the queue allows it. The rush options, which are ordering before 10:00 for 17:00 the same day or receiving within 4 hours of confirmation, work only for a limited set of pastries and depend on the day's queue. See rush snack box orders for the conditions. A far destination is less likely to qualify, so always ask first.

How do I ask the team about an upcountry order?

There are four steps. Send the event details, wait for the team's yes or no, agree the menu and delivery fee, and then pay in full before the delivery day. The team does not start preparing anything until each step is settled.

  1. Gather the details from the checklist above and send them through the quote request form or the LINE order button.
  2. The team checks the queue, the route and the menu, then replies that it can take the job, can take part of it, or cannot take it.
  3. If the answer is yes, the team confirms menu, delivery fee, time and the total, and you check them and accept.
  4. Pay in full before the delivery day, and the team prepares the order for the agreed time.

A quotation, invoice and receipt are available as usual. If your organisation needs a particular document format, say so when you request the quotation.

Summary

BreakHub delivers snack boxes as a standard service in Bangkok and the surrounding provinces. For any other province, we have not announced delivery, and the team answers case by case after you send the province, address, date, time and box count. The main limit is that fresh pastry should not spend long on the road, and we do not promise arrival times or delivery to any province. Box prices stay at ฿42, ฿70 and ฿85 with a 50-box minimum and a delivery fee quoted by distance. If your event can move, holding it near Bangkok is the simplest route.

Frequently asked questions

Can you deliver snack boxes to other provinces?

We have not announced delivery to any province outside Bangkok and the surrounding area. Our standard service is Bangkok and nearby provinces. For anywhere else, send the address, date, time and box count and the team checks the job case by case. We promise nothing before that check.

What is the minimum order for a snack box outside Bangkok?

The minimum is 50 boxes per order, the same as in Bangkok. You can mix sets and choose a mix of pastries, up to 20 pieces of any one kind. If your event is under 50 people, try combining several activities or ask the team before deciding.

How much is delivery for an upcountry snack box order?

There is no fixed figure. The delivery fee is not included in the box price and follows the real distance to the destination, and the team quotes it before you agree. The box price itself stays at ฿42, ฿70 or ฿85 whatever the province.

How far ahead should I order for an event in another province?

At least 2 days ahead, but contact the team as soon as you know the date, because they need time to check the area. The rush options use a limited pastry list and depend on the day's queue, so ask first if the venue is far away.

Can you cater a meeting break in Chonburi or Rayong?

You can ask, but we have not announced delivery to Chonburi or Rayong. Send the venue name, address, date, time and box count. The team checks the queue and the route and replies case by case. There is no guarantee before that check.

What can I do if you cannot deliver to my province?

You can move the event to Bangkok or a nearby province, order only the part of the event that falls inside the standard area, or ask the team whether collecting the boxes yourself is possible. Collection is not a standard service and is not confirmed for every order.

Will pastries still be fresh after a long trip?

The risk rises with travel time. The pastries are baked fresh with no preservatives, so we suggest eating them on the day they arrive. Cream and cheese fillings are more sensitive to heat than a butter bun, and the team may suggest sturdier choices. We do not guarantee shelf time.
