A bakery snack box is a box of baked pastries that organisers use instead of a tray of finger food. It is easy to pick up, needs no cutlery, and goes out one per person. What a bakery snack box is and what you get in it

It is a box with one to three baked pastries per person, and some sets include a drink. You choose pastries from the menu of each set. Value Set uses a classic menu of 10, while Recommend Set and Best Seller Set use a premium menu of 19. You can mix them, but no more than 20 pieces of one kind per order. The team confirms the menu with you when taking the order. Every pastry is wrapped separately, and the box and tissue are included in the price.

The pictures on the website are illustrations, not photos of the box that will be delivered. If you want to know what a particular round looks like, ask the team on LINE when they confirm the menu.

Choosing croissants, bread or cake

Croissants, buns and cakes are all on the menus, and you choose them when you order. Plain Croissant is on the classic menu of Value Set. Double Chocolate Croissant is on the premium menu of Recommend Set and Best Seller Set. Tell us the pastry names and quantities you want, and the team confirms them before delivery.

• Croissant snack box: choose Plain Croissant in Value Set at 42 baht with a 100 ml cup of drinking water, or Double Chocolate Croissant in Recommend Set at 70 baht.
• Bread snack box: Fresh Butter Bun, Pandan Custard Bun and several savoury-filled buns are on the menu. You choose when you order.
• Cake snack box: Banana Chocolate Chip Cake, Butter Cake and Banana Almond Cake are on the menu. They are small individually wrapped pieces, not a dedicated cake set. If you need a birthday cake or a whole cake, we do not offer that.

The team confirms these menus with you again when they take the order, because a pastry may be sold out in some rounds. Confirming before delivery spares you a surprise on the day of the event.

Can you get a mix of savoury and sweet?

Yes, there are savoury pastries on the menu, such as Pork Floss Chili Bun, Chicken Floss Chili Bun and Curry Chicken Pie on the classic menu, and Hong Kong BBQ Pork Bun, Ham and Cheese Bun and Chicken Pizza Cone on the premium menu. With Recommend Set or Best Seller Set you can put one savoury and one sweet in the same box. State the savoury-to-sweet ratio you want when you order.

Savoury pastries need a little more care than sweet ones, for instance how long they sit before serving, ingredients that matter to guests with food allergies, and the smell in a closed meeting room. If your event is a meeting with a short break, sweet or dry baked items are easier to handle. Compare the two in bakery or Thai snacks if you need to mix flavours for several groups of guests.

1. Choose the savoury pastries from the menu and the quantity you want, and tell the team before planning the main menu.
2. Say how many guests do not eat pork or certain meats, if any.
3. State the savoury-to-sweet ratio you want, for example one third savoury.
4. Ask the team to confirm the menu in writing on LINE before the event date.

Choosing a bakery break set by budget

Start with the budget per person across all break rounds, then compare it with the table. With two breaks, split the budget in two first instead of picking a single set for the whole day.

How much does a bakery morning break cost for a meeting of 60?

For a meeting or training of 60 people with a single morning break, choose Value Set: 60 boxes = 60 x 42 = 2,520 baht before delivery. To upgrade to premium pastries, add 3 baht per box: 60 x 45 = 2,700 baht. Or for two pastries, switch to Recommend Set at 60 x 70 = 4,200 baht, which is 1,680 baht more than Value Set. A meeting with fewer than 50 people needs to be combined with another event to reach 50 boxes.

If there is an afternoon break too, you could use Value Set in the morning and Recommend Set in the afternoon when people get hungrier: 2,520 + 4,200 = 6,720 baht before delivery. You can switch sets like this within one order if you tell the team when you order.

How should bakery boxes be served and stored once they arrive?

BreakHub bakes each order fresh with no preservatives, so the pastries are best eaten on the day you receive them. Keep the boxes in a room out of direct sun and away from heat, especially savoury or cream-filled items, which are more sensitive to temperature than plain bread. If the boxes have to sit for a while before the break, an air-conditioned room is better. There is no need to open the sachets early, since every pastry is already individually packed in a clear sachet.

On timing, ask for the boxes to arrive at least half an hour before the break. For a 60-person meeting with a 10:00 break, delivery at around 9:30 gives the coordinator time to count boxes and set them out at the table outside the room without rushing. Bakery and food allergies: what to tell us before ordering

Baked pastries are usually made with wheat flour, eggs and dairy, and some may contain nuts or sesame. We cannot confirm that any set is free of allergens. If a guest has a food allergy, tell the team before you order, for each order separately, and ask for the ingredient information on the pastries in that round.

• State the allergy and the number of people from the moment you request a quotation
• Ask the team whether they can confirm ingredients piece by piece, and what the limits are
• Arrange a backup for guests who cannot eat the box, such as drinking water or fruit you prepare yourself

What to know before ordering a bakery set

A bakery set suits most events, but a few conditions are worth knowing so nothing surprises you close to the date.

• Minimum of 50 boxes: we do not take smaller orders. For a small event, combine your needs with another team to reach 50 boxes.
• Up to 20 pieces per kind: one order can mix many pastries, but any single kind is capped at 20 pieces.
• Not a whole cake or birthday cake: the menu only has small individually wrapped cake slices.
• Menu confirmed round by round: photos on the site are illustrations, and some pastries may run out on a given round.
• No allergy guarantee: baked goods are made mainly with wheat flour, eggs and dairy.
• Delivery is separate from the box price: it is charged by real distance and confirmed address by address.

The minimum is 50 boxes, and you can mix sets in one order. Order at least 2 days ahead. Reducing the count needs 48 hours notice before delivery, and payment is in full before delivery. Rush orders have a limited pastry list: order before 10:00 for 17:00 the same day, or receive within 4 hours, but ask about the queue on LINE first. We do not guarantee it.
