Rush and Same-Day Snack Box Orders
IllustrationA director has just called a meeting for tomorrow morning, or a trainer is bringing ten extra people this afternoon, and you have no snacks at all. That is when a rush snack box order comes up. BreakHub has two rush options that use a limited menu, but both depend on the day's queue, so the team has to check before they can confirm. This page explains what to send them and how to prepare a backup plan.
If you still have 2 days or more, the normal process is calmer because you can choose from the full menu. There is more on that in how many days ahead to order a snack box.
Can I order a snack box for tomorrow or the same day?
You can ask, but the team must check the queue before they accept. A same-day or next-day order is not certain until they confirm, so do not tell your attendees there will be snacks until you have that confirmation.
There are two rush options. The first is to order before 10:00 and receive the boxes at 17:00 the same day. The second is to receive them within 4 hours of confirming the order. Both use a limited menu of pastries that can be baked in time. A normal order needs at least 2 days. The answer you get back is one of three.
- Accepted as asked: the team confirms the menu, delivery fee and delivery time.
- Accepted in part: for instance a different delivery time, or pastries chosen from the rush menu that can be prepared faster. The box count must still be at least 50.
- Not possible that day: the team tells you straight away, so you have time to find another solution before people are waiting.
What do I send the team to check a rush order?
Send everything in one LINE message, or press the order button on the website, which copies the details for you. That is quicker than answering one question at a time, because the team needs the whole picture before they can check the queue.
| Information | Example |
|---|---|
| Box count and set | 60 boxes of Recommend Set |
| Date and time the boxes must be ready | Tomorrow, before 9:30 |
| Venue and drop-off point | Building name, address, floor, room, recipient |
| Event type | Internal meeting, 1 break |
| Flexibility | If this set is not possible, can you switch to another? |
The last row helps a lot. When the team knows you can switch sets or shift the time, they can offer something that works instead of saying no outright.
What is the cut-off time for a rush order?
There is one clear cut-off: for 17:00 the same day, you must order before 10:00. For the option of receiving within 4 hours, the clock starts when the order is confirmed, and the queue depends on the day and how many orders are in. The earlier you message, the better the chance of an answer that works.
| Time left before the event | What to do |
|---|---|
| 2 days or more | Order normally and confirm the menu and delivery fee |
| Less than 2 days | Message the team now, ask for a queue check on the rush options, and say whether the menu is flexible |
| Same day, before 10:00 | Order before 10:00 for 17:00 the same day, and prepare a backup plan at the same time |
| Needed within a few hours | Ask for the 4-hour option, which has the smallest menu |
This table is a way to plan on your side and is not a time guarantee. A backup does not need to be complicated, for example knowing a bakery or cafe near the venue in case the team says it cannot be done in time.

Do the price and delivery fee change for a rush order?
The price per box follows the set you choose: ฿42, ฿70 or ฿85. Delivery is extra and priced by real distance. Whether a rush order carries extra conditions or costs, the team tells you when they accept the job. We have no published rush surcharge. Payment is in full before delivery day.
| Set | Price per box | 50 boxes (before delivery) | 60 boxes (before delivery) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Value Set | ฿42 | ฿2,100 | ฿2,520 |
| Recommend Set | ฿70 | ฿3,500 | ฿4,200 |
| Best Seller Set | ฿85 | ฿4,250 | ฿5,100 |
If time is short, the set you end up with may differ from what you planned. The team confirms the menu and the total before you agree. See all sets on the snack box overview and the delivery fee explained in the delivery fee guide.
Can I change the menu on a rush order, and what is on it?
Rush orders choose from a limited menu, because the pastries must be ones that can be baked quickly. For the option of ordering before 10:00 and receiving at 17:00, you can choose from items such as Plain Croissant, Pandan Custard Bun, Chicken Floss Chili Bun, Chicken Pizza Pie, Double Chocolate Croissant, Pork Floss Mayonnaise Sausage Bun, Ham and Cheese Bun, Hong Kong BBQ Pork Pie and Egg Tart.
The option of receiving within 4 hours has fewer choices: Chicken Pizza Pie, Hong Kong BBQ Pork Pie, Egg Tart, Chocolate Cookie Brownie and Butter Cake. The team confirms the menu with you again before preparing the order. If any attendee has dietary restrictions, say so in your first message. We do not guarantee that pastries are free of allergens, and you do not want to find out while people are holding their boxes.
What are common rush order situations?
These three examples show what to tell the team and what to prepare yourself.
| Situation | What to tell the team | Your backup |
|---|---|---|
| A director calls a big meeting for tomorrow morning, 60 people | 60 boxes, the time the boxes must be ready, meeting room and recipient | Note a cafe near the office just in case |
| A trainer adds 8 people, so the count goes from 52 to 60 | Give the new number right away and ask whether it can be added | If not, use spare boxes from people who do not attend |
| A teacher learns the school needs snacks for 80 parents | 80 boxes, the date and the drop-off point at the school | Move the start time to allow for receiving the boxes |
In every case, what gets you a faster answer is saying what you can be flexible about: switching sets, moving the delivery time by half an hour, or choosing another pastry from the rush menu. Read next: mistakes to avoid when ordering snack boxes.
What should I avoid when ordering in a hurry?
- Telling attendees before the team accepts: if the queue is full you will have to walk it back with everyone.
- Sending details in separate messages: the team needs it all at once to check the queue.
- Setting delivery for exactly the start time: traffic and getting into a building always take time, so allow 30 to 60 minutes if you can.
- Forgetting dietary restrictions: they cannot be fixed on the spot.
- Ordering twice through different channels without saying so: the team may count it as two orders.
What to know before ordering a rush box
Rush ordering helps in some cases, and it comes with limits you should know up front.
- No promise in advance: the team checks the day's queue every time, and we do not guarantee delivery times.
- Limited menu: only pastries that can be baked in time, not the full menu of a normal order.
- Same minimum: 50 boxes, with each kind of pastry limited to 20 pieces per order. Below that the order is not possible, so try combining with another event or message the team.
- Delivery area: Bangkok and surrounding provinces, confirmed per address. Far or out-of-area addresses must be asked about first.
- Payment in full before delivery: and a reduction in box count needs 48 hours notice.
Once the team accepts, confirm the details again, send the name and number of an on-site recipient who will pick up the phone, and count the boxes as soon as they arrive. If anything is wrong, tell the team immediately. The general delivery process is on the Bangkok and nearby provinces delivery page and in on-time snack box delivery.

Summary

Frequently asked questions
Can I order a snack box for tomorrow?
You can ask, but the team must check the queue first. Message them with box count, set, time and address, and they will answer case by case: accepted, accepted in part, or not possible. Normally we ask for at least 2 days, and the rush options use a limited menu.
Can I get a same-day snack box?
There are same-day options. Order before 10:00 and receive the boxes at 17:00 with a limited menu of 9 pastries, or receive within 4 hours of confirmation with a menu of 5. The team answers based on that day's queue and tells you if it cannot be done.
Is there an extra charge for a rush break order?
We have not published a rush surcharge. The team tells you any conditions and costs together with their answer. The price per box follows the set, at ฿42, ฿70 or ฿85, and delivery is extra, priced by real distance and quoted before you confirm.
What if the team says it cannot be done in time?
Ask whether the time can move or whether a pastry on the rush menu can be prepared faster. If not, use your backup plan, for example buying snacks from a shop near the venue. Knowing early matters more than waiting, because it gives you time to find another solution.
What is the minimum for a rush order?
The same as a normal order: 50 boxes. You can mix sets in one order. If you need fewer than 50, the order is not possible, so try combining with another event to reach 50 boxes, or message the team to talk it through before you decide.
When should I message the team about a rush order?
As early as you can. For 17:00 the same day, you must order before 10:00. For the 4-hour option there is no fixed cut-off, but the earlier you message, the more time the team has to check the queue and offer alternatives that work.
Can a rush order be delivered outside Bangkok?
Our delivery area is Bangkok and the surrounding provinces, confirmed per address. For a rush order to a far address or outside that area, always ask first. We make no promise in advance, because distance affects whether a rush order is possible at all.
