What are your options if the address cannot be served?

If the team says an address in central Thailand cannot be served, there are still three routes: change the receiving point, change the timing, or ask about another arrangement the team agrees to.

The first is to see whether any part of the event can move closer to the metro area. If your organisation can pick the venue for a regional meeting, consider holding it in Pathum Thani or Nakhon Pathom, which are in the regular service area, though addresses there are still confirmed one by one. The second is to avoid a very early break, so pastry does not wait long. The third is to talk with the team about a pickup arrangement. If the team agrees, it can be settled for that one event, and we do not promise that this option exists every time.
