We avoid broad promises for two reasons. The pastries are baked fresh without preservatives, so a longer trip means the baking time and the arrival time have to be planned tightly. And delivery is priced by real distance, which differs for every address, so we do not publish a fee table by province. If the check comes back positive, we quote the delivery fee before you confirm anything.

What should you send when asking about an eastern province?

Five details let the team answer quickly: the province and full address, the date, the time the pastries must reach your guests, the number of boxes and the set you are considering. Send them in one message through the LINE order button or the quote form so nobody has to ask twice.

• Province and full address: give the building or plant name, sub-district, district and the exact drop-off point, because a loose address such as "downtown Rayong" cannot be checked for a delivery fee.

These two provinces get the most searches in the east, but their status is the same as everywhere else in the region: checked case by case. The kind of event differs from one to the other, so each has its own section below.

Chon Buri

People searching for a snack box in Chon Buri are often office administrators at plants in the industrial estates, hotels that host seminars, or agencies in the city. If you are looking for someone to cater a meeting break in Chon Buri, send the full venue address first. The province is large, and addresses in different districts do not cost the same to reach. Trat is a coastal tourist province with provincial government events. Someone searching for a snack box in Trat may be running a meeting at a resort or a training session for an agency. Some venues sit well off the main road, so describe the drop-off point clearly and confirm that someone will be on site when the boxes arrive. For meeting snacks in Trat, the boxes are still ฿42, ฿70 and ฿85. Getting them to Trat is something the team has to check case by case. We do not promise that every address is reachable, and we do not state arrival times.

What should you look at in Chachoengsao, Prachin Buri, Nakhon Nayok and Sa Kaeo?

These four provinces are inland, and some lie closer to Bangkok's outer ring than people expect. We still do not list them as a regular area. The team checks each address the same way.

Chachoengsao

Chachoengsao has factories, government offices and merit-making events at temples that can draw a hundred people. How does fresh pastry cope with distance?

BreakHub pastries are baked fresh with no preservatives, so they are best eaten on the day they arrive. The longer the trip, the closer the delivery should be to break time, and the more you should avoid the hottest part of the day, when a vehicle may wait a long time. Fillings that react to temperature, such as custard, pork floss, chicken floss and cheese, deserve extra thought for a long journey.

Each pastry is in its own clear sachet and each box has tissue, but the sachet does not make the pastry keep longer. A planning example: for a 9 a.m. break with 80 participants, tell us how many minutes before the break the boxes need to be in the room, and the team judges whether that is achievable. Do not give the meeting start time instead of the time the pastries must arrive, because the two can be an hour apart.

• No guaranteed arrival time: the team confirms the time for each order with you, but that confirmation is not a guarantee.

• Payment before delivery: 100% is paid before the delivery day, and reducing the box count needs 48 hours notice, after which the original count stands.
• No allergy guarantee: the pastries may contain ingredients that matter to people with allergies, so ask about ingredients before you order.
