What do you need to tell us when ordering for a northern province?

The team needs five things to answer for a northern province: the province name, the full delivery address, the date, the time you want the boxes to arrive, and the number of boxes. The more of this you send in the first message, the faster the reply.

• Province and address: give the district, the name of the venue and the spot where a driver can leave the boxes, such as a particular meeting room or lobby.
• Date and time: state when the break starts, not only the event day, because freshly baked pastry works best when delivery is planned close to serving time.
• Number of boxes: the minimum is 50. If 60 people attend and 5 speakers join them, count everyone who will eat.
• Set of interest: say whether you are looking at the Value Set, Recommend Set or Best Seller Set. If you are unsure, the team can help put a set together to fit a budget.
• Receiver name and number: someone on site who can actually take the boxes, since some addresses outside big cities are hard to find on a map.

How are snack box prices and delivery fees worked out for the north?

Box prices are the same everywhere: Value Set ฿42, Recommend Set ฿70 and Best Seller Set ฿85 per box. The delivery fee is not included. The team calculates it from real distance and quotes it before you confirm. There is no fixed fee table for northern provinces because each request is checked first.

Here is a budgeting example. For a morning break with 80 people, the Value Set is 80 boxes times ฿42, which is ฿3,360 before delivery. The Recommend Set is 80 times ฿70, or ฿5,600, and the Best Seller Set is 80 times ฿85, or ฿6,800. None of these include delivery, which depends on the team's reply. How does long distance affect fresh pastry sent to the north?

BreakHub bakes to order and uses no preservatives, so a long trip is a real constraint rather than a formality. The longer boxes sit in a vehicle, the more heat and time matter for pastries with fillings, cream or cheese. The team may therefore suggest particular menu items, or turn down an event whose route does not suit fresh pastry.

That means a request for boxes to arrive at dawn in a faraway province is more likely to be declined than one with a flexible arrival time. These four provinces host the most meetings, seminars and government events in the upper north. Their status is the same as every other northern province: checked case by case.

Chiang Mai

Meeting breaks in the smaller upper-north towns: Phayao, Phrae, Nan and Mae Hong Son

Events in these provinces often have fewer attendees than in the big cities, but our minimum is still 50 boxes per order, so the team checks the box count before anything else.

Phayao

Phayao has government offices, schools and a university, and typical events are cross-agency meetings or staff seminars. If you want a snack box in Phayao or snacks for a meeting there, count everyone including speakers and officers until you reach 50 boxes, then send the address to be checked. Phrae

What to know before ordering in the north: limits

BreakHub has not announced delivery to any northern province. Four limits matter most: a minimum of 50 boxes, ordering at least 2 days ahead, payment in full before the delivery day, and an address check that can end with an answer that the order cannot be accepted.

• No promised arrival times: we do not guarantee delivery times, in the north or anywhere else. If your event has a fixed start, build in extra time and ask the team about a backup plan.
• No allergy guarantee: we cannot guarantee the snacks are free of allergens. If attendees have dietary restrictions, tell the team before ordering.
• Reductions need 48 hours' notice: after that the original box count stands, which matters for events outside Bangkok where attendance can shift at the last minute.
• Rush menus are limited: same-day and 4-hour options suit distant events poorly and cover only a limited set of pastries.
