If those 20 online people each receive a box at their own home, that is up to 20 addresses, and the delivery fees could add up to more than the snacks inside those boxes. Sending snack boxes to staff who work from home

Delivering to an employee's home means using a private address, which is sensitive information. Let each person give their address themselves and agree to it. Do not pull addresses from the HR system without asking.

• Ask staff first whether they want a box at home and which time window suits them.
• Let people choose between home delivery and collecting at a shared point. Do not force either.
• Keep the addresses only for this order and delete them afterwards, following your company policy.
• Check that each address is in Bangkok or the surrounding provinces. The team confirms the area address by address.
• Ask staff to pick up the courier's call during the agreed window.

Timing and coordination on meeting day

Ideally everyone opens their box at the same moment when the break starts. With several drops, arrival times will naturally differ, so the snacks should always arrive before the meeting does, not at break time.

1. Ask the team whether an arrival window can be set for each address.
2. Have the boxes arrive at least half an hour before the meeting starts, not at the break itself.

What if the online team is smaller than 50 people?

The 50-box minimum applies to the whole order, not to the online group alone. A hybrid meeting with 40 people in the room and 10 online can still order, as long as the total reaches 50 boxes.

The real problem is when every group is small, say 15 in the room and 10 online, which makes 25 boxes. BreakHub does not accept orders under 50 boxes, so the options are limited.

• Combine with another meeting. If the company has another meeting or training in the same week, ask the team whether both can go into one order.
• Skip boxes for this one. Ordering extra just to reach 50 leaves a pile of leftovers and wastes the budget.
