A snack box is an individual portion of light food, used to add to or replace refreshments at an event with no main meal. A full party meal means several dishes. BreakHub does not sell main meals or banquet sets, so decide which kind of event you have before ordering.

How do you choose a set and a budget for a company party?

Per-person cost at BreakHub is ฿42, ฿70 or ฿85, depending on the set. If the event already has a main meal, the Value Set at ฿42, with one pastry and a 100 ml drinking water cup, is enough. If the box is the main refreshment, the Recommend Set at ฿70, with 2 premium pastries, or the Best Seller Set at ฿85, with 2 premium pastries and a 180 ml orange juice drink, will fill people up more.

Here is an example for a company party of 90 people on a Friday afternoon, with no main meal.

1. 75 general staff on the Recommend Set at ฿70: 75 × ฿70 = ฿5,250.
2. 15 executives and invited guests on the Best Seller Set at ฿85, which has orange juice in the box: 15 × ฿85 = ฿1,275.
3. Total 90 boxes, ฿6,525 before delivery.
4. The Recommend Set has no drink in the box, so put out water from a central station, or ask the team about swapping or adding drinks per box.

How should you plan snacks for a company new year party?

A company new year party usually has several stages, such as greetings, a lucky draw, games and photos. Guests walk around and do not sit in one place, so hand the boxes out at the breaks between activities and choose pastries that are easy to hold. This is the order we suggest for the activities team.

• At registration, give out a box as each guest arrives. Guests can set it down at their own table.
• During breaks between activities, stack boxes on a side table so people can help themselves and the queue does not build up in front of the stage.
• Before guests leave, if you want a take-home gift, keep it apart from the boxes handed out during the event so the two do not get mixed up.

Year-end is when many companies' parties are bunched into a few weeks, so order more than 2 days ahead and state the date clearly. Does a small team party need to reach 50 boxes?

Yes, because the BreakHub minimum is 50 boxes per order. A small team party of 10 to 30 people cannot order directly. The practical answer is to combine several departments into one order, such as a project wrap-up party for a whole floor or building. If you still cannot reach 50, message the team first, and do not order more than you need.

How do you choose pastries that guests of all tastes will eat?

The simplest way is to mix savoury and sweet pastries in one order and pick flavours that every age group will eat. The classic menu of 10 for the Value Set includes Plain Croissant, Fresh Butter Bun, Pandan Custard Bun, Pork Floss Chili Bun, Chicken Floss Chili Bun, Chicken Pizza Pie, Curry Chicken Pie and Banana Chocolate Chip Cake. One order can mix pastries, up to 20 pieces of any one kind. An order of 60 Recommend Sets holds 120 pastries, so it needs at least 6 kinds, which suits an event where you want guests to have a choice of flavours.

If guests include older people or children, add some soft, easy pastries such as Fresh Butter Bun, Pandan Custard Bun or a cake. If some guests avoid certain meats, tell the team when you order so they can check that the menu you chose is suitable.

How many boxes should you order for a party, and how much spare?

Order the number of confirmed guests plus 5 to 10 percent. Company parties usually have a clear guest list, so they need less spare than events where people come and go freely.

The reason for a margin is that an executive or invited guest may be added on the day, and staff who said no may drop in near the end. With less than 5 percent spare, there may not be enough boxes for that group.

What on-site details should you prepare before party day?

Prepare a place for the boxes, a person to receive them and a time for them to arrive. These three things decide whether the day goes smoothly more than which pastry you choose.

• Put the boxes in a room that is not too hot and out of direct sun.
• Name a person to receive the delivery at the front of the building. If the building uses a visitor pass system or a service lift, say so in advance.
• Have the boxes arrive at least 30 to 45 minutes before the event starts, so there is time to set up.
• Put out bins, because paper boxes and bottles will be left over after the event.
• Tell the team about any dietary limits among your guests when you order.

• We cannot guarantee anything on allergies, and delivery times are not guaranteed. The team confirms a time for each order.

We deliver to Bangkok and nearby provinces, confirmed address by address. Delivery is not included in the box price and is charged by real distance. Payment is in full before the delivery day.

How do you order party snack boxes?

You can order in four steps. The minimum is 50 boxes, and you need to order at least 2 days ahead. There are two rush options: same-day rush, ordered before 10:00 for delivery at 17:00 the same day, and a 4-hour rush. Both work only for a limited menu and depend on the queue, and the team does not promise in advance.

3. The team confirms the menu, the delivery fee and the total.
4. You confirm and pay in full, and the team then prepares the order.
