Large break orders: 100 boxes and up

When you need break snacks by the hundred or by the thousand, the price per box is only part of the problem. The real questions are whether the queue is open, whether we can deliver to several points, and what happens if the headcount changes. This page covers what we can confirm, what you still need to ask the team, and how to prepare your details so a bulk snack box order gets answered quickly.

One thing to know before you read on. BreakHub does not publish a daily preparation capacity, and we do not promise that we can take 500 or 1,000 boxes on the date you want. The team checks every large order first. One order holds about 190 boxes of the two-pastry sets (about 200 Value Set boxes) because each pastry kind is capped at 20 pieces per order. Larger quantities are split into several orders or delivery rounds, and the team checks the queue before confirming.

How large a snack box order can you place, and is there a ceiling?

The minimum is 50 boxes per order, and we sell sets only. There is no wholesale sale of loose pastries. There is no published upper limit. As an order grows, it has to go through the team so they can check the queue and ingredients before they give you a confirmed price and delivery date.

To keep your bearings, think of orders in bands like those in the table below. This is a planning aid for you, not a rule set by BreakHub. If you need fewer than 50 boxes, we cannot take the order, so try combining your needs with another department to reach 50, or ask on LINE first.

Order sizeWhat to prepare
50 to 100 boxesOrder by LINE or the form at least 2 days ahead, with a clear delivery time and drop-off point
100 to 300 boxesAsk for a queue check before you announce the event date, and allow more than 2 days
300 boxes and up (for example 500 or 1,000)Contact us before you fix the date with your guests. The team confirms yes or no case by case

For events of 200 to 500 people with several receiving points, see the guide to ordering 200 to 500 snack boxes.

How pricing works on large orders

The price per box depends on the set and runs from 42 to 85 baht. There is no published quantity discount table, so the website price applies. Delivery is charged by the real distance and is separate from the box price. The box, tissue and individually wrapped pastries are already included.

Use the website prices to estimate a budget range. The examples below do not include delivery, and they do not include extra or swapped drinks, which the team prices when you confirm the order.

QuantityValue Set (42 baht)Recommend Set (70 baht)Best Seller Set (85 baht)
100 boxes4,200 baht7,000 baht8,500 baht
300 boxes12,600 baht21,000 baht25,500 baht
500 boxes21,000 baht35,000 baht42,500 baht
1,000 boxes42,000 baht70,000 baht85,000 baht

If your total budget falls between two sets, pick the set that stays under budget and then mix sets within the order. For instance, most guests could get the Value Set while speakers or invited guests get the Best Seller Set. Mixing sets is allowed, so tell the team when you order. Pastries within a set can be mixed too, but no single kind can exceed 20 pieces.

Asking for a slot and a capacity check

Get in touch before you announce the date and time to your attendees. If a large order is known early, the team can plan the queue, and you still have time to change your plan if that day is full.

The team needs these details to answer about the queue.

  1. The total number of boxes, and the number per set if you are mixing
  2. The date you need the boxes and the time window by which they must arrive
  3. The number of delivery points and the address of each
  4. If your date is flexible, the range of dates you can accept
  5. A rough budget per box, to help choose the set

If your date cannot move, say so at the start. The team can then answer directly whether it is possible, which beats waiting only to learn the day is full.

Delivering to several points

Orders of several hundred boxes are often split across multiple points, such as several buildings or branches. Each point needs its own address, time and person to receive the boxes. The delivery fee follows the real distance and the number of points, and the team confirms each point separately. The 50-box minimum counts across the whole order, but if you plan to split into many small points, say so when you ask for the queue, because more points means more careful fee and timing calculations.

A few habits reduce mistakes.

  • Make one sheet listing each point, the number of boxes, the set, the recipient's name and the time, and send it to the team in one go.
  • Give each point a contact person who can be reached, not only a company name.
  • Check the buildings in advance: parking, visitor passes, and any times when moving goods is not allowed.
  • Remember that some areas may not be deliverable, so ask the team before you promise anything to your attendees.

If you run several breaks in one day, there is more on timing in the guide to morning and afternoon breaks.

Documents and payment for large orders

You can ask for a quotation on the quote request page. The documents we issue are a quotation, an invoice and a receipt. The team tells you the payment method and due date together with the total before you confirm. Payment in full is required before delivery day.

If your organisation has a procurement process that takes time, start the paperwork at the same time as the queue request, not after you know the delivery date. The page on corporate quotations has more general information.

Estimating the number of boxes from headcount

The number of boxes is the number of attendees times the number of breaks, plus a small margin. At a big event some registered people do not show up, but others turn up on the day. Use the attendance record from your last event as the main guide rather than guessing.

Example eventCalculationBoxes
Seminar for 250 people, 1 break, 5% margin250 × 1.05About 263 boxes
Conference for 400 people, 2 breaks, no margin400 × 2800 boxes
Sports day for 150 people, 1 break, 10% margin150 × 1.10165 boxes
Staff handout across 5 branches, 40 people each5 × 40200 boxes (5 delivery points)

The last example is a multi-point order. Delivery is charged on the real distance to each branch, not as one lump. Forty people per branch is under the 50-box minimum, so combine them into a single order of 200 boxes and give the team the separate delivery points. The team confirms once it has the full list of addresses.

What to know before ordering a large lot

BreakHub does not publish a daily preparation capacity, does not promise every date, and does not take orders under 50 boxes. Large orders carry more risk, because if something goes wrong, a lot of guests are affected. A few fallback plans help.

  • Allow a few boxes over the real headcount, since attendance can grow. The guide to counting boxes shows how to calculate.
  • Remember that reducing the count needs 48 hours notice and payment in full is due before delivery, so set your own cut-off date earlier than that.
  • If any attendees have food concerns, ask the team from the start. They can tell you what they can and cannot confirm.
  • Name at least two people to receive the boxes at each point, in case one is called away.
  • Every order is baked fresh without preservatives, so time the arrival close to when you hand the boxes out, and do not plan on leaving them overnight.

Read next: for an overview of selling sets to shops and organisers, see the wholesale snack box page. If you need something faster, order before 10:00 for 17:00 the same day, or within 4 hours of confirmation. Rush works only for some pastries and you must ask about the queue first. See the rush order page.

Summary

You can order snack boxes in volume from BreakHub starting at 50 boxes, as sets at ฿42, ฿70 or ฿85 a box. There is no published ceiling, but orders in the hundreds or thousands always need the team to check the queue first, so contact us before you announce the event date and order at least 2 days ahead, longer for large lots. Multiple delivery points and mixed sets are possible, and delivery is charged by real distance.

Send the quantity, date, time and every address through the wholesale page, the quotation form or the LINE order button, and the team will answer on price and queue.

Frequently asked questions

Can I order 500 or 1,000 snack boxes?

There is no published ceiling, and the minimum is 50 boxes. For orders this size the team always checks the queue and preparation capacity first, so we cannot promise in advance that we can take your date. One order holds about 190 boxes of the two-pastry sets (about 200 Value Set boxes), so 500 or 1,000 boxes are split into several orders or delivery rounds. Contact us before you announce the event date, and send the quantity, date, time and location through the form.

Do large orders get a discount?

There is no published quantity discount table. The website price of 42 to 85 baht per box depending on the set applies, including on large lots. Delivery is charged by the real distance.

How far ahead should I order 100 or more boxes?

At least 2 days, and allow more for orders of 100 boxes and up because the team needs to check the queue. If you need it sooner, there is a rush option: order before 10:00 for 17:00 the same day, or within 4 hours of confirmation. It uses a limited menu, so ask about the queue on LINE first.

Can I mix sets in a large order?

Yes. One order can mix sets. Tell the team how many boxes of each, and they will add it up and confirm the price. For example, general attendees could take the Value Set and speakers or invited guests the Best Seller Set. The total across sets must be at least 50 boxes.

Can a large order go to several delivery points?

Yes, if the team confirms each one. Give the address, number of boxes and time for each point when you order. The team confirms point by point whether delivery is possible and what it costs. Delivery is charged on the real distance and is not part of the box price.

What if the number changes after I order?

Tell the team as soon as you know. Increases depend on the queue that remains. Reductions need 48 hours notice and the order cannot fall below the 50-box minimum. Payment in full is due before delivery, so set your own headcount cut-off earlier than that.

Can I get a quotation and other documents for a large order?

Yes. The documents we issue are a quotation, an invoice and a receipt. You can request a quotation on the quote request page. Mention your document needs and your organisation approval steps when you first ask for a price, so the paperwork can be ready in time.
