Recurring Snack Box Orders for Your Company

Snacks for a weekly office meeting (illustration)Illustration

Some meetings come around on a timetable: a Monday performance review, a sales kickoff at the start of each month, a staff activity day once a month. If you have to chase a new quote every time, the office admin ends up repeating the same conversation. This page explains how to order snack boxes on a recurring basis with less effort, and it is just as clear about what we do not promise.

People search for this in different ways: regular break boxes for a company, weekly meeting snacks, or a company that orders snacks on repeat. The need behind all of them is the same, which is not having to start from zero every round. On the delivery side, though, we still have to confirm the details one order at a time.

How recurring snack box orders work

You send the team the schedule you want, for example every Wednesday at 10:00 for 50 boxes. The team checks availability, confirms the price for that round and replies. From there the process is the same as any other order.

  1. Send the repeating meeting schedule: day, time, quantity, which set you want and the delivery location.
  2. The team checks availability and confirms the menu, delivery fee and total for each round.
  3. You confirm the first round, then reuse the same message to order the next one.
  4. Before each delivery, tell us the real headcount, because attendance can change.

Use the quote request form for the first round and say in the message that the job will repeat, so the team can prepare an answer on repeat pricing. The team may or may not offer terms, depending on your quantity and how often you order.

Weekly office snacks: which set to choose

For weekly meetings, pick an economy or mid-range set such as the 42 baht Value Set or the 70 baht Recommend Set, because the monthly total adds up quickly. One limit to know about first: every order must be at least 50 boxes. A small team of 15 to 25 people who meet every week therefore cannot order on its own. The workable options are to combine several departments into one meeting, or to message the team on LINE and ask whether several rounds can be pooled. We do not promise that in advance.

ScenarioSetCalculationPer month (4 deliveries)
Cross-department meeting, 50 people, weeklyValue Set ฿4250 x 42 = ฿2,100 per delivery฿8,400
Large division meeting, 50 people, weekly, more food per personRecommend Set ฿7050 x 70 = ฿3,500 per delivery฿14,000
Combined meeting, 60 people, weekly, drink includedBest Seller Set ฿8560 x 85 = ฿5,100 per delivery฿20,400

All figures exclude delivery. Any repeat price that might be agreed has to be confirmed with the team first. Do not build an annual budget from the numbers on this page; use them as a rough estimate for an early approval request only.

How is a monthly corporate snack box order different from a weekly one?

Monthly suits events with more people and longer preparation, such as an all-hands meeting, a quarterly review or a department activity day. Weekly suits small recurring team meetings.

  • Weekly: quantities close to the minimum, economy sets, and frequent confirmation, because headcount can shift and any reduction needs 48 hours notice.
  • Monthly: larger quantities, mid to premium sets such as the Best Seller Set, and dates that can be fixed well ahead.
  • Both: minimum 50 boxes per order, payment in full before delivery day, and at least 2 days notice for each round.

Companies searching for a snack box subscription usually want delivery to run automatically. We do not have automatic charging or automatic dispatch at the moment. Every order goes through confirmation with the team, which tends to keep quantity and menu more accurate than an auto-send would.

What do I need to prepare before re-ordering snack boxes each round?

Prepare the details that stay the same from round to round, so you can paste them again instead of writing them fresh.

  1. Company name and the current coordinator, plus a backup person for leave days.
  2. Address, floor, room and the building's rules for receiving deliveries.
  3. The standard set and box count for each type of meeting.
  4. The day and time you want to receive the boxes each round.
  5. Dietary limits of the regular attendees.
  6. The documents your accounting team needs, which must be confirmed with the team order by order.

Keep this checklist in one file. Compare it with the more detailed corporate snack box checklist, and if one HR person looks after many events, use it alongside the HR and admin page.

What if the headcount changes between rounds?

If attendance changes, message the team on LINE with the correct number for that round. Adding boxes depends on the queue and should be requested at least 2 days before delivery. Reducing boxes needs 48 hours notice, and after that the original count stands. A team whose attendance moves around should order close to the number it is sure about, then add boxes only for the rounds where extra people usually show up.

Take a sales meeting that normally sees 48 to 55 people. Use 50 boxes as the baseline, since that is exactly the minimum. If you know in advance that guests are joining one week, raise the count to 55 or 60. The cost is simply 42, 70 or 85 baht times the number of boxes, so you can adjust early instead of waiting until the day before.

How do I avoid getting the same menu every week?

Pastries rotate from round to round already, but we cannot guarantee you will never get the same item twice. A company that orders weekly should tell the team what arrived last time, so the team can vary the selection where it is possible.

Another approach is to alternate sets by month: the Value Set this month, the Recommend Set next month. Attendees notice the change and the total budget barely moves. If you want one meeting to feel special, use the Best Seller Set once a quarter. For help choosing, see how to choose a snack box.

How do I budget for a Monday meeting plus a monthly all-hands?

Say sales and marketing, 50 people in total, meet every Monday morning, and the whole company of 60 holds an all-hands meeting on the first working day of each month. An admin could set up the ordering like this.

MeetingSetCalculationPer delivery before delivery fee
Sales and marketing, every MondayValue Set50 x 42฿2,100
Monthly all-handsBest Seller Set60 x 85฿5,100

In a month with four Mondays, the total comes to roughly (4 x 2,100) + 5,100 = ฿13,500 before delivery. If the all-hands falls on a Monday, send one order that mixes the two sets rather than splitting it in two, and the team will quote the correct delivery fee.

If a round is urgent, the express delivery options exist for a limited set of pastries, depending on the day's queue. Watch out for public holidays that land on your schedule, since they can push a meeting back or cancel it. Tell the team as soon as you know which date has moved so the queue can be rearranged in time.

What to know before ordering: limits of a recurring order

A recurring order has some limits, and we would rather state them plainly now so your purchasing team does not plan around unconfirmed information.

  • Repeat-purchase pricing has not been published and has to be discussed with the team.
  • Queue space for each week must be confirmed every time. There is no automatic long-term booking.
  • The menu for each round is confirmed by the team one delivery at a time.
  • Invoices, receipts and other documents are confirmed order by order.
  • Delivery is charged separately from the box price, by real distance.

If your company needs a firmer arrangement than this, talk to the team on LINE about what is possible and do not assume anything beforehand. For the overall corporate service, see corporate break boxes, and for ordering time see the lead time guide.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a contract or monthly membership for recurring snack box orders?

Not at the moment. There is no monthly membership or contract that guarantees price and queue space. A recurring order means re-ordering on the schedule you send, with the team confirming availability, price and menu for each delivery.

Do I get a lower price if I order every week?

Repeat pricing is discussed case by case with the team, and no discount is published on this page. The normal price is 42 to 85 baht per box before delivery. Send your schedule and quantities first, and the team will tell you whether any terms are available.

What is the minimum order for each delivery?

The minimum is 50 boxes per delivery, the same as any order, whether you order weekly or monthly. You can mix sets and pastries, with no more than 20 pieces of any one kind. If your team is smaller, try combining departments into one round or message the team on LINE.

How much notice do I need for each round?

At least 2 days before delivery. Even for a repeat round the team has to check the queue and confirm the real headcount. Reducing the number of boxes needs 48 hours notice. For something faster there are rush options, same-day before 10:00 for 17:00 pickup or delivery within 4 hours of confirmation, with a limited menu.

Can I pay by automatic monthly charge?

There is no automatic charging or automatic dispatch yet. Each order is confirmed with the team, and payment is 100% before the delivery day. Talk to the team about payment details when you order.

Can I get a quotation for a recurring job?

Yes, through the quote request form. Say that the job repeats, with the frequency and quantity per round. Invoices, receipts and other documents are confirmed with the team order by order.

What if I need to postpone or cancel one round?

Tell the team on LINE as early as you can. What applies depends on whether baking has already started, and the team will tell you based on the status of that order.
