• Payment before delivery: 100% before the delivery day. You can reduce the box count with 48 hours notice, and after that the original count stands.
• No allergy guarantee: if a guest has a food allergy, tell us before ordering so the menu can be considered, but that is not a guarantee of safety.

What are the alternatives if your province is too far?

Two options are realistic: move the pickup point closer to Bangkok, or ask the team about a pickup arrangement if they agree to one. Neither is guaranteed, and both need the team to confirm first.

For example, an organisation in Ratchaburi running a seminar with guests travelling from Bangkok might consider having the organiser collect the boxes inside the regular delivery area and carry them onward.
