100 Baht Snack Box Budget: Comparing the Three Sets

If you are setting a 100 baht snack box budget per head for a seminar or a meeting where you want the box to look better than an ordinary break, every BreakHub set sits under that ceiling. None of them is over budget. What is left to decide is how to spend the difference, whether enough remains for delivery, and whether to pick one set or mix several in one order. This guide compares the three sets within 100 baht and gives tables by headcount.

The pastries are baked fresh for every order with no preservatives. Each one is packed in a clear sachet, and every box has tissue. Prices on this page exclude delivery, which is charged separately by real distance.

Which snack box packages fit a 100 baht budget?

All three do: the Value Set at ฿42, the Recommend Set at ฿70 and the Best Seller Set at ฿85. We sell sets only, never single pastries, and there is no set priced at exactly 100 baht.

PackagePrice per boxWhat is insideAgainst a 100 baht budget
Value Set฿421 classic pastry + 100 ml cup of drinking waterUnder, ฿58 left
Recommend Set฿702 premium pastries (no drink)Under, ฿30 left
Best Seller Set฿852 premium pastries + 180 ml orange juice drinkUnder, ฿15 left

Every row excludes delivery. If your 100 baht already has to cover delivery, set aside what is left for the delivery fee before you choose a set, because the fee differs by address.

Which set gives the most for a 100 baht budget?

The Best Seller Set at ฿85 gives the most: two premium pastries and a 180 ml orange juice drink, with ฿15 per head left for delivery or a cushion. It is the only set within this budget that puts two pastries and a drink in the same box.

Headcount100 baht budget per headBest Seller Set ฿85Left for delivery
50฿5,000฿4,250฿750
60฿6,000฿5,100฿900
100฿10,000฿8,500฿1,500
150฿15,000฿12,750฿2,250

The remainder does not tell you what delivery will cost, but it shows how much room you have before going over budget. The table starts at 50 because that is the order minimum. The figures cover a single break. For two breaks, double the box count.

Can I get a premium snack box for 100 baht?

Yes. Both the Recommend Set at ฿70 and the Best Seller Set at ฿85 use the premium menu of 19 items, such as Double Chocolate Croissant, Ham and Cheese Bun, Chicken Pizza Cone, Raisin Cinnamon Roll and Egg Tart. You can mix several in one order, but no more than 20 pieces of any one kind.

The Value Set uses the classic menu of 10 items, such as Plain Croissant, Fresh Butter Bun, Pandan Custard Bun and Banana Chocolate Chip Cake. It suits large headcounts, or events where you want to keep budget in reserve for something else.

If you want a box to feel special without passing 100 baht, one option is to add a drink to the Recommend Set, which has none in the box. Drinks can be added per box for 5 to 20 baht, so a Recommend Set with a 180 ml orange juice drink comes to 80 baht and with 100% juice to 90 baht. Before agreeing, check that the per-box total stays under 100 baht, especially if the budget includes delivery. More on drinks is in choosing snack box drinks.

How do I mix sets in one order and stay under 100 baht on average?

You can mix sets in a single order: give some people the Best Seller Set and the rest the Recommend Set or the Value Set. Add up each set's total, divide by the total number of boxes, and check that the result is under your per-head budget and that the total is at least 50 boxes.

Two examples for an event of 100 people with a ฿10,000 total budget:

  • Speakers and VIPs plus staff: 20 speakers and key guests get the Best Seller Set, 20 × ฿85 = ฿1,700, and 80 staff get the Recommend Set, 80 × ฿70 = ฿5,600. The total is ฿7,300, an average of ฿73 per head, with ฿2,700 left.
  • Save on staff, upgrade the guests: 80 staff get the Value Set, 80 × ฿42 = ฿3,360, and 20 guests get the Best Seller Set at ฿1,700. The total is ฿5,060, about ฿51 per head, with ฿4,940 left.

Both totals exclude delivery. Keep the remainder for delivery, for people who turn up late, or for adding drinks to some boxes. For a lower budget, see the 50 baht snack box guide. For headcounts of 100 and above, see snack boxes for 100 people.

Should I choose two pastries or one on a 100 baht budget?

Within a 100 baht budget there is rarely a reason to settle for a one-pastry box, apart from a short break where nobody is very hungry. Two pastries help when the box has to stand in for a snack at a long event, or when you want special guests to feel they got a full box.

For ordinary events the Best Seller Set at ฿85 and the Recommend Set at ฿70 are enough. The Recommend Set has no drink, so if the room already has water you save ฿15 per head against the Best Seller Set, which is ฿1,500 for 100 people. That money can go to delivery, or to upgrading some boxes to the Best Seller Set. For the full selection criteria, see how to choose a snack box.

Take an executive meeting of 30 people at 2:00 pm, with water already in the room. The obstacle is the 50-box minimum per order. For a meeting like that, try combining it with another meeting on the same day, or message the team first to ask about other options.

Which events suit a 100 baht break set?

The best fits are events where the look of the box matters but the event is not a formal reception.

  • Half-day seminars: This applies when customers or outside guests are attending. See the seminar guide.
  • Executive meetings: These suit a box that looks more formal than a standard break.
  • Internal launches: Boxes are handed out at the end for people to take with them.
  • Ceremonies: The host wants guests to leave with something in hand.

If the total budget is already fixed and excludes delivery, tell the team at the start what the overall ceiling is so they can suggest a box count that fits. You can try several scenarios in the snack box budget calculator, or compare all three sets on the snack box price page.

What to know before ordering on a 100 baht budget

The 100 baht figure is your budget ceiling, not the price of any set. We sell at ฿42, ฿70 and ฿85 only, and five limits apply before you order.

  • The minimum is 50 boxes per order: The lowest possible total, on the cheapest set, starts at ฿2,100 before delivery.
  • Delivery is separate from the box price: It is charged by real distance and confirmed per address in Bangkok and the surrounding provinces.
  • Order at least 2 days ahead: Rush orders use a limited menu and depend on the day's queue, see the rush order page.
  • Pay in full before delivery day: You can reduce the box count with 48 hours' notice. After that the original count stands.
  • No allergen guarantee: Anyone with a food restriction must check the ingredients.

How do I order on a 100 baht budget?

Order at least 50 boxes, for delivery in Bangkok and the surrounding provinces, at least 2 days ahead, so the team can confirm the menu and the delivery fee. Give the team your budget per head at the start so they can help put together a set that fits.

  1. Decide whether the 100 baht ceiling includes delivery.
  2. Choose one set, or a mix.
  3. Send the number of boxes, date, time, venue and type of event through the LINE order button or the quote request form.
  4. The team confirms the menu, delivery fee and total, and you decide.
  5. Pay before the delivery day.

Photos on the website are illustrations. The real pastries are chosen from each set's menu, and the team confirms the list with you before preparing anything. The box, tissue and individually sachet-wrapped pastries are included in the price.

Summary

A budget of 100 baht per head covers all three sets: the Value Set at ฿42, the Recommend Set at ฿70 and the Best Seller Set at ฿85. The Best Seller Set gives the fullest box and leaves ฿15 per head for delivery. If the budget includes delivery, mixing sets in one order brings the average down. Extra drinks add 5 to 20 baht per box.

Send your headcount and budget ceiling through the LINE order button or the quote request form, and the team will help fit the set to the budget.
