Order snack boxes online in 4 steps

If you have just been asked to order snack boxes for the first time, relax. There are only four steps, and the part that takes real time is deciding which set, which pastries and how many boxes. The team checks and confirms the rest. This page walks through it in the order it actually happens, from opening the website to the day the boxes reach the meeting table.

BreakHub bakes every order fresh and delivers under its own brand. Prices start at ฿42 per box, with a 50-box minimum per order. Where something has to be asked case by case, we say so plainly.

How many steps are there to order a snack box online, and what are they?

Ordering a snack box online from BreakHub takes 4 steps, in the order they happen.

  1. Choose a set and pastries. Look at all snack box sets, then pick pastries on the set page or in the set builder on the site.
  2. Order by LINE or send the form. The LINE order button copies your order summary, so you can paste it into the chat. Or fill in the quotation form.
  3. The team confirms menu, delivery fee and time. They check your chosen menu and address, quote the delivery fee by real distance, and confirm when the boxes must be ready.
  4. Pay before the delivery day. Pay 100% before the delivery day, and the order is done.

All four steps work from your screen. If you reach step one and still cannot decide on a set, skip to step two. Give the budget, headcount and type of event, and the team will suggest a set.

Step 1: How do we choose a set and pastries quickly?

BreakHub has 3 sets, at ฿42, ฿70 and ฿85 per box. Start from the budget per head that has been approved, see which set fits, and only then choose pastries.

SetPrice per boxIn the boxExample, 50 boxes
Value Set฿421 pastry + 100 ml cup of drinking water, from a classic menu of 1050 x 42 = ฿2,100
Recommend Set฿702 premium pastries, no drink, from a premium menu of 1950 x 70 = ฿3,500
Best Seller Set฿852 premium pastries + 180 ml orange juice drink50 x 85 = ฿4,250

The totals exclude delivery, which is based on distance. You do not need to please everyone. A balanced mix is enough, with some savoury and some sweet, since a meeting room has people who like savoury and people who skip sweets.

The classic menu includes Plain Croissant, Fresh Butter Bun, Pandan Custard Bun, Pork Floss Chili Bun, Chicken Floss Chili Bun, Chicken Pizza Pie, Curry Chicken Pie and Banana Chocolate Chip Cake. The premium menu includes Double Chocolate Croissant, Hong Kong BBQ Pork Bun, Ham and Cheese Bun, Chicken Pizza Cone, Japanese Chicken Curry Bun, Raisin Cinnamon Roll, Egg Tart, Chocolate Cookie Brownie, Butter Cake and Banana Almond Cake. One order can mix several kinds, with up to 20 pieces of any one kind. For how to split the mix, see putting a set together by budget and event.

What is the difference between ordering by LINE and sending the quotation form?

Both routes reach the same team, and the difference is what suits you. The LINE order button suits people who have already chosen a set and pastries. The quotation form suits events that need a document for the approver before the order is placed.

Ordering by LINE

Press the order button on a set page or in the set builder, and the site copies your order summary. Open LINE and paste it. You do not retype the pastry list, which lowers the chance of a missed item or a swapped count. Then add the date, time and address the team asks for.

Sending the quotation form

Enter the box count, date, location and budget on the quotation page, and the team replies with the details. The documents we issue on request are a quotation, an invoice and a receipt. See more on the quotation page for companies.

What information should we prepare before ordering?

The team needs only a handful of details. If you have them ready, the first conversation finishes quickly, without going back and forth.

  • Number of boxes. It must be at least 50.
  • Set and pastries. If you have not chosen, give a budget per box or the type of event instead.
  • Date and time the boxes must be ready to serve. That is not the time the event starts.
  • A usable address. Include the building name, floor and pick-up point.
  • The person receiving on site. Give a name and a number for someone who will answer on the day.
  • Building restrictions. For example visitor cards, notifying security, or no vehicle parking at the entrance.
  • Documents you need. For example a quotation before approval.

This is the same list used when requesting a quotation. For more detail, see what to send when requesting a quotation.

After we order, what does the team confirm?

After receiving your details, the team confirms three things before you commit: the menu, the delivery fee and the time.

Menu. The team checks that your chosen pastries are on the available list and that no kind exceeds 20 pieces. If something needs adjusting, they offer alternatives.

Delivery fee. It is not included in the box price. It is based on the real distance to your address, and the team gives you the figure before you confirm. We deliver in Bangkok and nearby provinces, checking each address, and we do not publish a district list in advance. Other provinces are case by case, and we do not promise them. See delivery in Bangkok and nearby provinces.

Time. The team confirms whether your requested time can be scheduled. If it is very early or the queue is full, the time may shift a little, and they will tell you before you agree.

Once you have all three, you have enough to send to your approver. The total is the number of boxes times the price per box, plus delivery. For a 60-person meeting on the Recommend Set, that is 60 x ฿70 = ฿4,200 before delivery.

When do we pay, and what if the headcount changes?

You pay 100% before the delivery day. There is no half deposit with the rest paid on site. The team gives you the payment details when they confirm the order, and you should keep the transfer slip for your accounting team or whoever reimburses you.

What people often forget to ask is what happens if the headcount changes.

  • Reducing boxes. Tell us at least 48 hours ahead. After that, the confirmed count stands, and the total must stay at 50 boxes or more.
  • Adding boxes. Tell the team as early as possible. Whether we can take more depends on that day's queue, and nothing is promised in advance.
  • Changing the menu. Say so as early as you can. The team tells you whether it is possible, depending on how far the order has progressed.
  • Changing the date or time. Ask the team case by case.

The 48-hour rule exists because the pastries are baked fresh for each order, and once preparation starts it cannot be undone. The safest approach is to settle the headcount as close to the real number as you can, two days before delivery. If you are unsure how much margin to leave, see the guide to working out how many snack boxes.

How far ahead should we order, and how long does it take from order to arrival?

Order at least 2 days ahead, counted from the day the boxes must be ready, not the day the event starts. The example below is a planning guide for a Thursday morning meeting that needs the boxes before 9 a.m.

DayWhat happens
Tuesday (the latest)Send details by LINE or form. The team confirms menu, delivery fee and time
Tuesday to WednesdayPay, and confirm the final box count. Reductions need 48 hours of notice
WednesdaySend the receiver's name and number. Tell us if it changes
ThursdayPastries baked fresh and delivered at the agreed time

The table is a plan for your side, not a delivery time guarantee. If the event is large, has several drop-off points, or needs an approval document first, allow more days. Public holidays also slow internal approvals. Read next: how far ahead to order snack boxes.

Can we order if we need it in less than 2 days?

Sometimes. There are two rush options, but they work only for a limited set of pastries and not on every day.

  • Same-day rush. Order before 10:00 and receive the boxes at 17:00 the same day.
  • 4-hour rush. Receive the boxes within 4 hours of the team's confirmation.

Both depend on that day's queue, and the team has to check each time whether they can take it. For that reason, do not promise your boss or attendees anything in advance. Message the team with the box count, time and address in one go. See same-day and 4-hour rush delivery for details. The 50-box minimum still applies to rush orders, and the delivery fee is still based on real distance.

What should we prepare and check on delivery day?

On delivery day you need someone waiting to receive the boxes and somewhere to put them. This is the part people overlook, even though problems happen here most often, and it has nothing to do with the pastries themselves.

Before the boxes arrive

  • Have the receiver at the pick-up point at the agreed time, with a phone in hand.
  • Tell security or building staff in advance that a delivery is coming, so it is not held at the gate.
  • Prepare a table for the boxes. For several dozen boxes you need a long enough table.

When receiving and afterwards

Check the box count against your order, and open a couple to confirm the pastries match what was agreed. Each pastry is in its own clear sachet, every box has tissue, and the white box carries the BreakHub logo. Packing is included in the box price. If anything is wrong, tell the team on LINE straight away. The pastries are baked fresh with no preservatives, so serve them at the planned time. Keep the boxes in the shade, out of direct sun, and do not leave them in a car.

What most often trips up an order?

Orders usually stumble on details left out before ordering, not on the pastries. These five are easy to avoid if you check before sending.

  1. Using the event start time instead of the ready time. If the event starts at 9, the boxes should arrive early enough to set up.
  2. An address that is too broad. A building name alone is not enough. Give the floor, room or entrance for receiving.
  3. Nobody to receive. The contact should answer the phone for the whole delivery window.
  4. A headcount that is not settled, without saying so. If registration is still open, tell the team the number may drop, so you know about the 48-hour deadline.
  5. Ordering fewer than 50 boxes. We do not take orders below the minimum. See the next section.

Read next: mistakes to avoid when ordering snack boxes.

What if we need fewer than 50 boxes?

BreakHub does not take orders below 50 boxes. The minimum applies to every set and every way of ordering, with no exception by type of event.

What you can do is combine the needs of several teams so everything goes to one place on one day, for example two meetings in the same building, or a welcome event run by another department. You can also message the team to ask whether anything else is possible. That is an enquiry only, and not a promise that the minimum will be lowered.

What to know before ordering

These limits are worth knowing before you press the order button, so you can plan in time.

  • Minimum 50 boxes. No more than 20 pieces of any one kind of pastry per order.
  • At least 2 days ahead. Rush orders work only for some pastries and depend on the day's queue, so not every day is possible.
  • Address confirmed each time. We deliver in Bangkok and nearby provinces, the delivery fee is based on real distance, and we do not promise an exact arrival time.
  • Pay before the delivery day. Payment is 100%, and reducing the count needs 48 hours of notice.
  • No allergen guarantee. If a guest has an allergy, tell the team so the menu can be chosen as far as possible.

Frequently asked questions

How do I order a snack box, and what are the steps?

There are 4 steps: choose a set and pastries, order by LINE or send the quotation form, the team confirms menu, delivery fee and time, then you pay in full before the delivery day. The LINE order button copies your order summary, so you do not retype the list.

What is the minimum number of snack boxes?

The minimum is 50 boxes per order. You can mix sets and pastries in one order, with up to 20 pieces of any one kind. We do not take orders below 50, so combine with another event or message the team to ask about options.

How far ahead should we order snack boxes?

At least 2 days ahead, counted from the day the boxes must be ready. For something faster there is same-day rush (order before 10:00, receive at 17:00) and 4-hour rush, both limited to some pastries. The team must check the queue before taking one.

Is delivery included in the box price?

No. Delivery is extra and based on real distance. The team quotes it before you confirm the order. We deliver in Bangkok and nearby provinces, confirmed address by address. Other provinces are handled case by case, with no promise in advance.

When do we pay?

You pay 100% before the delivery day. There is no cash on delivery. The team gives the payment details when they confirm the order, and you can keep the transfer slip for accounting. A quotation, invoice and receipt are issued on request.

Can we reduce the box count after ordering?

Yes, if you tell us at least 48 hours before the delivery day, and the total stays at 50 boxes or more. After that, we charge the confirmed count, because the pastries are baked fresh for that number.

Is ordering by LINE different from sending the quotation form?

Only in the channel, since both reach the same team. The LINE order button suits people who have already chosen a set. The form suits events that need a quotation for an approver before the order is placed.

Can we choose the pastries ourselves?

Yes, from each set's menu. The Value Set has a classic menu of 10, and the Recommend and Best Seller sets have a premium menu of 19. The team confirms the menu before preparing, and no kind can exceed 20 pieces per order.
