Bulk Snack Box Service for Companies and Event Organisers
IllustrationAn office administrator or event organiser looking for a bulk snack box supplier usually wants answers to a handful of questions. What is in one box? How are large batches packed? How many days ahead must I order? Who receives the delivery? How do I pay and get documents? And what do you not do? This page answers them in that order. It describes the scope of BreakHub's service for customers ordering in batches. For the pastries themselves, see the full list of services.
What is in one BreakHub snack box?
There are three sets, at ฿42, ฿70 and ฿85 per box. All are baked goods, baked fresh for each order with no preservatives. Every pastry is wrapped in its own clear sachet, there is tissue in the box, and the box itself is white and carries the BreakHub logo. Packing is already included in the price.
| Set | Price per box | What is in the box | Menu to choose from |
|---|---|---|---|
| Value Set | ฿42 | 1 pastry + 100 ml cup of drinking water | Classic, 10 kinds |
| Recommend Set | ฿70 | 2 premium pastries (no drink) | Premium, 19 kinds |
| Best Seller Set | ฿85 | 2 premium pastries + 180 ml orange juice drink | Premium, 19 kinds |
A different drink can be added or swapped per box. Tell the team when you order, and they will quote the changed part honestly before you confirm. The menu includes both sweet and savoury pastries, such as Plain Croissant, Pork Floss Chili Bun and Banana Chocolate Chip Cake in the classic group, and Double Chocolate Croissant, Hong Kong BBQ Pork Bun and Egg Tart in the premium group. Details of each pastry are on the break pastries page.
We use the term snack box here because that is what people search for. You may call it a break set, a meeting snack set or a coffee break box. They all mean the same thing: one ready-to-eat box of pastries per person.
How are large orders made and packed?
The minimum is 50 boxes per order. We do not accept fewer. We say so plainly here to save you time. If your event has thirty to forty people, try merging the morning and afternoon breaks, combining several events from the same department, or ask the team to look for an option.
Within one order you can mix at two levels. The first is mixing sets, for example 60 boxes of Value Set with 40 boxes of Recommend Set for attendees whose budget or role differs. The second is mixing pastries, though any one kind is limited to 20 pieces per order. For example, an order of 60 Value Sets needs 60 pastries, so it must be spread over at least 3 kinds.
The flow from taking the order to the boxes leaving the kitchen goes roughly like this.
- You send the quantity, set, date, time and address through LINE or the quotation request form.
- The team confirms the menu, delivery fee and total, then waits for you to agree.
- Once you have paid, the team schedules baking for the delivery date.
- Pastries are baked fresh, wrapped one by one in clear sachets, given tissue and packed into white boxes.
- All the boxes are consolidated and delivered at the agreed time.
As for labels on the boxes, we have not announced a service for labelling by menu, so do not plan to hand out specific pastries to specific people. If your event has attendees who need a particular pastry, ask the team before ordering what can be arranged, so that you do not run into trouble at handout time.
For a very large event, say several hundred boxes, talk to the team before you announce the event date, about spreading the menu under the 20-piece ceiling per kind and about the date you need to order. For an overview of large orders, read the bulk order page.
How far ahead should you order 100, 300 or 500 boxes?
BreakHub has one rule: order at least 2 days ahead, whatever the quantity. For bigger events, order further ahead. We have not published a fixed number of days by order size, because it depends on that day's queue, the menu you pick and the number of drop-off points. The team will tell you once you send the event details.
| Event size | Suggested way to plan |
|---|---|
| About 100 boxes | Order more than 2 days ahead, and confirm the menu before you publish the schedule |
| About 300 boxes | Tell the team as soon as you have the date, since menu and queue need planning in advance |
| About 500 boxes | Talk to the team before you commit to your end client or attendees. One order holds about 190 boxes, so this is split into several orders or delivery rounds |
This table is guidance for the organiser's side, not a lead time that BreakHub guarantees.

Here are example totals before delivery, to support a budget approval. They are calculated from the published price per box.
| Quantity | Value Set ฿42 | Recommend Set ฿70 | Best Seller Set ฿85 |
|---|---|---|---|
| 100 boxes | ฿4,200 | ฿7,000 | ฿8,500 |
| 300 boxes | ฿12,600 | ฿21,000 | ฿25,500 |
| 500 boxes | ฿21,000 | ฿35,000 | ฿42,500 |
These figures exclude delivery, which is charged by real distance and quoted before you confirm. If you are comparing several budgets, use the price tables on the snack box prices page alongside.

Looking for a cheap bulk snack box? What to check besides price
Our starting price is ฿42 per box, for Value Set, with 1 pastry and a 100 ml cup of drinking water. We have no data on other suppliers, so we can only say what each of our price levels includes. Anyone comparing several suppliers should compare these points too.
- Is the food baked fresh, and wrapped by piece?
- Does the price include the box, tissue and packing?
- How much is delivery charged separately, and is it quoted before you agree?
- What is the minimum, and how many days ahead must you order?
- Is the menu confirmed before preparation starts?
- Can they issue a quotation for your purchasing team?
A price that looks lower elsewhere can end up higher if delivery is added later or the menu changes on the day of the event. Ask every supplier to quote on the same conditions.
Where do you deliver, and what should the receiver prepare?
We deliver in Bangkok and surrounding provinces, confirmed address by address, with no published list of districts. We have not announced delivery to other provinces. If you are outside the area, ask the team case by case, and do not tell your attendees there will be food yet.
Delivery is not included in the box price. It is charged by real distance, and the team tells you before you agree. Delivery time is agreed order by order and is not a standard slot, and we do not guarantee an exact arrival time. Plan for the boxes to arrive at least half an hour to an hour before the event, so you have time to set up the table.
Information to send the team when you order:
- The venue name and an address that works in a map app
- The drop-off point, such as the lobby, meeting room or loading bay
- The name and number of a coordinator who will answer on site
- Building restrictions, such as needing a visitor card or no large vehicles
If your event has several drop-off points, give the number of boxes for each separately. Organisers who take on work for another client can find more at the event planner page. For an urgent order, there is a same-day option: order before 10:00 for pickup or delivery at 17:00 the same day, or a 4-hour rush after confirmation. These apply to a limited set of pastries and depend on that day's queue. See the rush order page.
How do you pay, and which documents can an organisation request?
Payment is 100% before delivery day, with no part-payment after you receive the boxes. If you need to reduce the number of boxes, give notice at least 48 hours before delivery. After that, the original quantity stands, because the pastries have already been prepared.
Organisations that need documents for approval or reimbursement can ask for three: a quotation, an invoice and a receipt. Tell the team when you order which document you need, and give the organisation's name in full. See the quotations for organisations page for details.
The order that works best for a purchasing team is to ask for the quotation first, send it for internal approval, then confirm the order and pay. Do not ask for the quotation on the day you must order, because approvals tend to take longer than expected.

What to know before ordering bulk snack boxes
So that nobody is disappointed close to the event date, here are the limits up front.
- No customer logos or names on the box. The box is white and carries only the BreakHub logo. There are no customer stickers and no customer-branded boxes.
- No hot food or rice boxes. We make baked pastries and ready-to-drink beverages as listed in the sets. If you need a full meal for lunch or dinner, you will need to find that elsewhere.
- No orders below 50 boxes. If your event is smaller, ask the team whether orders can be combined.
- Not every pastry is available same day. Rush orders use a limited menu and depend on the queue that day, and we do not promise in advance that it can be done.
- No guaranteed delivery time, and no promise to deliver to every area. Every address is confirmed order by order.
- No guarantee on food allergies. Baked pastries often contain wheat flour, egg and milk. If attendees have restrictions, tell the team before ordering.
If your event needs something outside this list, you can still ask the team. If it can be done they will say so, and if it cannot they will say that plainly too.
How to start your first bulk snack box order
The fastest way is to choose a set on the snack box ordering page and press the LINE order button. The button copies the order summary, ready to paste into LINE. If you need a quotation first, fill in the quotation request form. The team will confirm the menu, delivery fee and time before you start paying.
If you are still unsure about the set or the budget, message the team on LINE with the number of people, the type of event and a rough budget per box. They will help fit a set to your budget and event within the available menu.

Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum for a bulk snack box order?
The minimum is 50 boxes per order, and we do not take smaller ones. If your event is smaller, try combining several breaks or several events from the same department into one order, or message the team first to ask whether there is another option.
What is in a BreakHub snack box?
Freshly baked pastries in clear sachets, tissue, and a white box printed with the BreakHub logo. Value Set has 1 pastry and 100 ml drinking water. Recommend Set has 2 premium pastries. Best Seller Set has 2 premium pastries and a 180 ml orange juice drink.
How many days ahead should I order 100, 300 or 500 snack boxes?
At least 2 days, and larger events should order earlier than that. We do not publish a fixed number of days per order size because it depends on the queue and the menu. Send the event details and the team will tell you when you need to order.
Can I get a cheap bulk snack box?
Prices start at ฿42 per box for Value Set, with 1 pastry and a cup of drinking water. The other sets are ฿70 and ฿85. Delivery is extra and charged by real distance. When you compare suppliers, compare conditions such as minimum order, delivery fee and menu as well.
Can you put my company logo on the box?
No. We do not print a customer logo, name or sticker on the box. The box is white with the BreakHub logo only. If you want an event sticker, an organiser can have one printed separately and stick it on at the venue.
Do you offer hot food or rice boxes?
No. We make baked pastries and the drinks that come with each set, and nothing else. We do not offer hot food or rice boxes, so a main meal for lunch or dinner has to come from elsewhere. For a snack break, the menu of each set is what we handle.
How do I pay, and which documents can I request?
Payment is 100% before delivery day. You can reduce the box count with 48 hours notice, and after that the original count stands. A quotation, an invoice and a receipt can be requested, so tell the team when you order which document you need.
Do you deliver outside Bangkok?
We deliver in Bangkok and nearby provinces, confirmed per address, with the fee charged separately by real distance. Other provinces are not announced as covered and are handled case by case, so do not tell guests there will be snacks until the team confirms.
